You won’t be able to cash a check if it is made out to you and your spouse unless you are both present. Very slow service through the drive thru lanes. Rude tellers at times, depending on who you get.

The transition process has been horrible. I cannot get anyone on the phone and now have to waste my time actually driving to the branch just to access my account.

Transitioned from First Midwest to Old National. Phone number on site disconnected, process in trying to access online banking has been beyond horrible, extremely difficult, have to go into a branch in order to get anything done thus far. Time to close out my accounts and find new bank that knows how to operate in todays ever changing market. Don't buy out other banks if you don't have the work force to handle the transition

I have never had any issues with this bank. Very friendly, professional staff that makes my banking experience all that more pleasant. Great location, hours and plenty of parking. Highly recommended

Please correct your online banking. Not only does it have the worst user interface of any app I’ve ever used, there seems to be many outages during the times that I work on my finances. The staff is great. Very helpful but I sensed over tasked to compensate for the less than adequate online banking experience.

My mother got her mortgage from this branch and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Lied to the entire process, the numbers were constantly changing and never correct. She was notified about a surprise cash due at signing the day before the closing, and walked away with a different monthly payment than was previously discussed. I would NEVER recommend this branch for a mortgage to anyone!
