They deserve no stars! I picked up a vehicle to travel out of town for a wedding and something was dragging the ground called Herrz they knew exactly what the problem was smh! Then get there to return the vehicle and asked to be accommodated because now I missed my event due to them giving a bad rental and Ben says I’m accommodating you we are putting you in another car. We missed the wedding then the next car had worn down brake pads so it was on the rotors completely unsafe!! They put you in terrible cars and Ben was upset because I asked to be accommodated he mocked me as I was talking and as I was doing my walk through with a nice young man Ben walks up on me from behind and is still disgruntled and upset!! I’m a woman why are you walking up on me and was talking shit!! He needs to be fired I will never ever come here again!!

They are always friendly and goes above and beyond for their costumes. Their vehicles are always fresh and clean. Their prices are very reasonable. If you need to rent a vehicle I strongly suggest hertz.

Make sure that you get the name, the person you are talking to. And you need a credit card not a debit card when you're renting the vehicle. That is not in the brochure

10/10 experience, I was literally in and out within 10 mins, and driving away in the car. Lady at the front desk got right to it . I would definitely be using them again. And would recommend.

I was looking for a rental car Enterprise wanted $428 for 5 days. I was able to rent a car from Hertz for $204. for the sane 5 days that's a big difference and the people at the rental office was very nice. Great job Hertz.

The service at this location Highland Indianais very poor. The people behind the desk would never help you. They act like they hate there job and they do not want to be there, They need Training in customer service.

Reserve a car at the time of delivery I tell them to pass 2 tolls, they told me to take care of them, they did not explain to me how to pay for them, they did not give me information, I am trying to see how to pay for them and there is no information. What bad service and communication. If any manager is reading this, can you please look up my reservation, call me and tell me step by step how to take care of the payment of the tolls. Thank you!

No one cares here. Cars aren't giving. They throw into anything. Smelly and linty car. Overcharge gas prices so fill up before drop off.

Bad experience. Was told I needed a $500 deposit. I wasn't told this at the time of rental. Will never use this service again
