worst experience i’ve had. the “tax expert” seemed like it was her first day on the job. constantly having to tell her she was making a mistake because it was screened shared. she kept having to get up and grab some other lady to come help because she didn’t know what she was doing. she told me “i didn’t look happy” so grabbed the other lady again and changed something with numbers and somehow got me a higher number. also CONSISTENTLY brought up how our child wasn’t biological infront of her. why bring it up? we told you whose claiming her should of been left at that. didn’t have to keep bringing it up 4 times. OH and TRANSPARENT pricing? no one goes over any of that until you’ve signed everything and then decide to ask how will you be talking care of the $380? if i knew that from the jump i would of NEVER made it through the door. but don’t worry they have a big sign where customers can see that says “customers don’t walk”. my partner walked out the building because he decided not to file his taxes there and the lady asked if i wanted her to review his information since he left. i said no they are not here. i will not be doing anything with their information. constantly hounding me to look at my partners tax return because they walked out.overall would never recommend. awful service. don’t know where they hire the people prepping your stuff. not worth the price. i never would of went through with my taxes if i didn’t already sign everything and spend 2.5 hours.

Went to h&r block to file my taxes found out they never went through to the IRS a week and a half went by, no one contacted me now they say that my taxes is caught up in their system and they can't release it to the IRS or print them up ,no one is helping me with this they said their computers are freezing up that there's a glitch ,will not recommend don't know when they're going to solve this problem no one has a clue keep calling the person that did my taxes does not want to return my phone calls
