I was able to contact Dana who responded and she was very nice. Listened to my situation and I thank her. She would have someone let me know. Within the hour some Tech Hack named Tony Florentino calls me and I re-explain. He blames my car! Because I purchased it 2nd hand. Its all my cars fault for the issue! Wow. Basically admitting that his computer equipment isn't sophisticated enough to detect multiple issues for a check engine light. No room for negotiation with this Hack. Just blew me off. What a total jerk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE. I PAID $750 FOR NOTHING!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

I love coming here to get my car serviced. The Supervisor Joseph Formenti took care of me from the last visit and he was awesome! Very professional and nice people here. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and mechanics!

If you need a car, look no further than Webb in Highland. I can't speak highly enough about the profession services and class #1 customer care service that I received from Josh Avila. Not only was Josh able to help negotiate a great trade in price / value for my 2011 Toyota Camery, but most of all Josh was great at just listening. Josh listened to what I reviewed online and was looking for, extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai lineup (vehicle- dimensions, safety features, lineup that fits your day to day life style, etc.) understood what I wanted to pay, and worked with David (Manager- who is great) to make it happen. The financial guy (who was also awesome) walked me through the final signatures and was very helpful. Josh took care of the rest, and now I'm 2024.

It's unfortunate to say that I've decided to take my business elsewhere which is a shame because I've always gotten my car serviced here at Webb Hyundai in Highland. Twice now I have encountered the same rude and disrespectful employee in the service department named Lisa. Extremely rude and dismissive. Refuses to answer any questions that I have as if I'm a nuisance to her existence. I already reported her to Katie the service manager and Laurie the Sales Manager. The first encounter was when I was dropping my car off to get serviced.The second time was tonight- 3/1/23. My car has been sitting in their lot for going around 4 weeks now while I wait on my insurance adjuster to come out and inspect the car. Since I couldn't reach the adjuster, I decided to call the service department to get an update seeing if the adjuster has contacted them. Lisa answered the phone and flat out refused to answer any of my questions and said that since she's not "assigned" to my car, she can't help me. All I was asking her was if she knows if the insurance adjuster came out to look at the car because I couldn't get ahold of him. She refused to even pull up the notes on my car on her computer to just check for me. It's very simple to just look on the computer and give me an answer, but no she refused to do this and kept repeatedly telling me- "I'm not assigned to your car, I can't answer any questions." Horrible customer service. I've honestly had enough of her. I ended up driving out there 30 minutes away from my home to pay my diagnostic fee and pick up my car to take it somewhere else. When I got there and said I just want to pay my bill and take my car home, she refused to give me MY car. Once again she said- "I can't help you, you'll have to wait until your service advisor comes in tomorrow morning." I told her again that I want my car, I'll pay the fee and take it elsewhere. She then said she had no idea where the keys and paperwork were and that she could not help me and once again---I would have to wait until tomorrow until my "assigned" service advisor comes in. This woman REFUSED to go find the keys and paperwork to my car. After a few choice words from me to Lisa, Laurie the Sales Manager heard what was going on and came from her desk to help me.I've absolutely had it with this location specifically because of this ONE employee. Its a shame because my car probably will be written off by the insurance company and I'll need a new car. I love Hyundai and would of bought a brand new car from them, thus staying a loyal customer and keeping my business with them, but no. Katie if you're reading this, you really need to do something about this employee. Having her on board in that department just shows where your leadership and professionalism lies. Two young porters even pulled me aside and told me that I'm not the only person who has complained about Lisa. Get something done instead of having multiple chats with her. All calls are recorded so I IMPLORE you to listen to the phone conversation I had with her early today, and you tell me if that's proper customer service. The date is ~ Wednesday 3/1/23 @ 5:40PM.

Horrible, my ignition system was replaced, they handed me back two keys one for the ignition and the original for the door. When questioned why; they stated “my insurance did not approve it”. I asked did you tell them? The service department reply, “ the adjuster was supposed to know.” With a very rude woman interjecting from the back office into my conversation in the next room.I left the car and informed them along with my insurance that substandard work was not what I was paying for and I should not have to tell the dealership that I wanted my car back with a one key system.The service department kept my car for an additional two weeks to recode the door lock as this is the old system and not that of a chip key, and that they did not have the means to repair their own product, nor could they find a local lock smith to do the job, but in the beginning they told me they have done dozens of these repairs.It appears that their is a very serious lack of professionalism or a serious problem with not wanting to do the job with this dealership, I am so glad to find this out because I was about purchase a new vehicle from them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I scheduled an appointment to service my car a week prior to my appointment. When I arrived, I had to sit and wait in my car for 30 minutes before they told me that they don’t have me scheduled and said I probably made a mistake and called the wrong dealership. I had the number I called and address saved in my phone to show them the proof. All they said was “sorry there’s nothing we can do. You have to leave now”.Update: They did contact me to figure out what happened. I appears that the phone number that shows up as the Highland location will randomly redirect you to whatever location is available. I called expecting to reach the Highland location, but they redirected me to the Merrillville location. They don’t answer the phone stating their location, so you have no idea what location you are speaking with unless you ask. Changed from 1 to 3 stars. I understand this issue does not reflect their servicing ability but this issue caused significant inconvenience. ANOTHER UPDATE: back to 1 star for poor service! Had my serpentine belt replaced. It didn’t screech before, but it does now! Ever since they replaced it, it has been screeching and is embarrassing to drive. I would assume the mechanic misaligned the placement of the belt. I will never get service again from this place and will never buy from them!

Bad experience with service advisor Lisa treated myself and wife with total disrespect she refused to take in my vehicle because I spoke to a different advisor Cindy earlier in the day I explained my situation and she advised to come back later with all my info I tried to leave some info and she replied just come back later and that she had late nite that she'll be there til 7:00, I arrived at 5:00 and asked for Cindy, was told she left early so I explained my situation and Lisa told me to come back Saturday because that's when Cindy would be back, I told Lisa all I want to do is drop off the vehicle and my info with claim number from my insurance and leave Lisa stated that she could not handle my issue that again Cindy has to do it, I again asked and again refused with a attitude and showed prejudice towards us I asked to speak to her manager and she said she is also not there gave me a smirk and told me to have a nice day smiling at me. I've never experienced anything like that before especially now that I'm in my sixties, lisa just showed bad character and judgment, made Webb Hyundai look bad,no wonder they have 2 stars
