Hello I purchased some cologne in the store I ask the girl for some samples she takes a while to bring it and brings out. Literally ( 1) sample of cologne small oak now we shopped Macys stores for years a sales person never brings out one sample. It’s suppose to be a few to see other cologne s that may like. ( maybe she was new. Worker there if not definitely needs to be retrained send her back to class No good customer service what so ever before that didn’t get any assistance had to go to the front counter to get assistance The other sales person had to go back there and tell her in so many words you have a customer service here. They need assistance. Here

Unfortunately every time I come to this place to get my watches size because i buy them online no one is available or no one knows how to do it. I don’t live close to this Macy’s to come back and forth. Is just a waste of time every time I come. Very disappointed

This store is a downsized version of a regular Macy. Clothes for women, men, and children. Shoes, purses, and fragrances and cosmetics department. Doesn't have a home section. Very nice dressing rooms. It is worth checking out. By Kohl's, Famous Footwear and Target in Highland Grove Mall.
