Every visit I’ve had to make has been met with absolute kindness and patience. The entire staff shows tons of empathy, compassion, and understanding towards patients and humans. I can’t thank them enough for the support and encouragement to make the right decision for my dog. They are an extremely dedicated team and I am forever thankful to them for helping her and loving on her during her difficult times, and especially on her final journey to the rainbow bridge. It’s never easy to lose them, but the staff did everything to make us as comfortable as possible.

While the cost of emergency vet visits is always ridiculously high, I will say the quality of care my cat received was top notch and worth every penny. The care the vet put into resolving my cat's health issue is the best I've ever encountered. I really wish they did regular pet care as well.

We took our 12 y/o pup to EVCC in October 2023. We are incredibly satisfied with our experiences. The staff were professional and kind. The facilities were clean and welcoming. Follow-up exams and communication were frequent. They addressed all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Thank you!

Does anyone else find it hysterical that they change their name and poof, all the bad reviews when they were Northwest magically go away?

It’s never fun when you have to pay a visit to a vet, but i’ll always recommend this place. I believe she was an assistant, Cherish, was so sweet and gentle with my cat, Kitty. Dr. Mink was also extremely pleasant and genuinely cared about my concerns. Thank you EVCC. You guys have an amazing team here. :-)

My dog was there for 2 nights over the New Year for stomach issues and the staff was great. Very responsive and willing to answer all of my questions and need for updates. Although I hope no one has to go through an emergency situation with their pet, I can confidently say this is the group I would trust to take care of my fur baby!

I want to send a big shout-out to Erica Perovich for hosting Girl Scout Troop 15613 from Our Lady of Grace last week. Erica truly went the extra mile to make our experience unforgettable. Not only did every girl receive a Doctor's Badge/lanyard and an Activity Pad for the tour, but they also got a goody bag to take home! And I can't forget to mention Kylee, who helped one of our scouts overcome her fear of dogs during the tour with the assistance of Cujo. These ladies deserve all the thanks in the world. The tour was absolutely fantastic, and the girls can't stop raving about how much fun they had!-Gina Arroyo (Troop Leader)

No one wants to have to use an emergency vet, but EVCC made things easier for usWe were lucky to have EVCC close by this past summer, as we had to use them twice for our dog Jake, an 8-year-old Aussie mix. First, in early June, they performed emergency bladder surgery, removing a blockage and then bladder stones after we brought in Jake for not being able to pass urine. We were impressed with how they handled Jake, since he is very difficult and often aggressive at the vet, and this wasn't his normal spot. He had to stay there for 2 days. There was great communication from the staff throughout his time there.Unfortunately, through that visit, we also found out that Jake had cancer. EVCC was where we took him later in July when his condition had deteriorated and we had to say goodbye. Staff was so compassionate and professional, making us as comfortable as possible in such a terrible situation. We were very grateful for that. The nurses and doctors were all great. The facility is clean and new.
