This store music is too loud for the animals. Animals-especially dogs, have very sensitive hearing, and subjecting the animals all day for 12 hours must be like torture to them. It is a pet store-NOT a club. Had to leave one day because I was annoyed-cannot immagine how the animals feel.

The employee Heather was very nice, helpful & very accommodating in getting me what I needed. I really appreciate her for all her help. I enjoy going to location in Schereville, as all the employees I've encountered are really nice & very helpful!! This is my gremlin Tippy! 😀
