So I have been getting my sprinkler system winterized by Rain Maker Irrigation for years with no problems. This year my pipe cracked. Their Service Manager, Gilroy Velasquez, came out and assessed the situation. Gilroy was very respectful, curteous and provided great customer service. Gilroy is what every business needs to represent them. Rain Maker guaranteed their work and they fixed it free of charge.
I highly recommend Rain Maker for your sprinkler needs.

Had 4:30 appointment , left work early to be there they came at 3:15 seen in yard not sure what they did, as never had a sprinkler system wasn’t sure .Called and talked to the lady on phone and asked if they could come out and show me , that’s why I was going to be here , she started yelling at me and told me to calm down and she wouldn’t let up . Super bad customer service skill and with this company apparently customer not rite or they don’t care …when I set up I told them I will be there to see and nope …….adding to this review the service guy came back out and showed me he was super pleasant and because him and him only I moved it to two stars ,if it would just be home I’d give it 5 stars …if the owner want to call and discuss this review feel free

Customer service not helpful. They installed it wrong and there was a big leak at my new construction house. Now I have a big water bill because of the leak. When i called to get compensated for my water bill, they told me the builder has to reach out to them and brushed me off over the phone.

Rainmaker’s installed my system some years ago so in all fairness it has been years since I have gotten around to leaving this review.
1. I’ve had several leaky fittings resulting in having to dig up the area and replace the crimp clamps they use with hose clamps.
2. When they installed the system, I requested they place the control valve box closer to the home. I was told, the machine can’t get that close to the home. I replied, “can’t you hand dig the 2-4 feet?” They left it 3 feet off the property in the grass and not in the landscape bed.
3. Finally, this is how they left the valve box. They backfilled it with the same dirt.

5 years of great service from helpful onsite crews and office. They are always on time, if not early, and post card reminders are helpful for spring/fall services.

horrible customer service very arrogant!!!
no customer service skills. Would come out and service because, their crew was off for the season, yet they are always here, in North Gate, St. John. I will be complaining to the developer and the not recommending to the new neighbors.

These guys are great and attentive. I forget the service guy's name but he truly cares and always asks if I have questions or concerns. I should've asked his name but he's manager material.Update- Found out his name is Herman. Good guy!

I have used this company for probably 15 years. Since it had been so dry, we started our system ourselves. When the tech arrived for start up, I told him I just needed backflow test and heads adjusted. He was here no more than 15 minutes. I received an invoice for $195. I called and stated the tech didn't do a startup. They removed the $100 start up charge and replaced it with an $85 service charge. $180 for 15 minutes.

Used for 12 years with no problem. After waiting over a month for an appointment to get the sprinklers turned on, they showed up without advising the time. Every year they call the day before to let me know what time they would be here. They did not this year. Therefore, I was not home when they came. Was told they emailed. When I advised I did not receive an email, pretty much too bad. They tried to email while we were on the phone and I was told it wouldn't go through. I'd have to wait another 16 days. Spoke to another person whose response was "I can't make my employees work past the 12 hours a day they already work. You weren't home. We can't call everyone any longer, we email. Nothing I can do. Maybe you can put it in your phone or on your calendar".

This company is working at a house on my street. They are digging for an irrigation system and didn't have the yard marked for utilities. Unfortunately for me, my internet line is buried in the yard and because they were careless and didn't take proper precautions my internet line was severed. I will not have internet service for over a week because of their lack of following the appropriate procedures before digging. Watch out for them in your neighborhood and make sure they are taking precautions.

Extremely terrible company to deal with. Secretary straight up lied and said they were there when my cameras don’t lie. Don’t use them if you don’t have to. Poor business management.
