I had an excellent experience at the Sherwin-Williams in Highland, Indiana! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in finding the perfect paint color for my project and explained all the different options in a way that made it easy to choose. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed. Their customer service went above and beyond—friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me achieve the best result. I'll definitely be returning for future projects. Highly recommend!

As a painting contractor who visits Sherwin-Williams paint stores all over, I cannot say enough good things about my experience from this location. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere that makes me feel right at home.
The entire staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. They truly go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I feel like I am part of a family, and this level of care and attention makes every visit incredibly enjoyable.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Kenady, the store manager, and Erik, the store representative. Kenady’s leadership and dedication to her role are evident in the smooth operation of the store and the positive environment she fosters. Erik’s expertise and willingness to help make my shopping experience both easy and informative.

I love this Highland location - the employees are extremely helpful, especially Kenady the store manager! I cannot say enough wonderful things on how helpful Kenady is. She is always so pleasant, is extremely knowledgeable and works very hard to help the customers with the materials they need. As a local interior decorator, Kenady is always my 'go to' person at Sherwin Williams!

The manager Kenady is WONDERFUL. Strolled in on a Thursday. It was hotter than a hot dog on the 4th of July! So sweet, gave us with some icey cold water bottles and she helped my kid pick out the cringiest hot pink for her bedroom with no judgement. God bless her and this store. Will return 10/10.

Kennedy was awesome! We walked in closer to closing time and she did not rush us at all. She was patient even when we couldn’t make our mind up about paint colors she helped us choose and was just simply amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone go here.

This place is the best. They are so helpful, accommodating and the place is sparkling clean! It's so nice to have experts that know what they are doing to guide you. We will never go anywhere else for paint after our positive experiences here.
