Bought ground sirloin noticed the center had turned grey when I got home when I repackaged it . Took it back and the manager told me there was nothing wrong with it ! With an attitude. Really? I have been a loyal customer since 1983 . I bet he wouldn’t feed it to his family! January 4 2025

It's a nice store but the frozen section is kind of small. Seems like Stracks prices are higher than Jewel and Meijer.

On Saturday Nov23,2024, my sister went to pick up her order for her grandsons 3rd birthday party. She ordered 20 pieces of chicken and 5 pds of chicken nuggets. It was disgusting!!! The nuggets were cold, hard and no flavor. The babies wouldn’t even eat them. The chicken was soggy and greasy. What a waste of money and food. Wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Never again! I will stay with Food For Less or Jewels for our family meals!

Extremely disappointed with this store. I'm not from here but have been shopping for a few years now. Recently strack and van til sold me imitation crab that was BAD they should've known. I scanned the receipt in an app. Called the store, told them I had the receipt in an app but not the physical copy. They told me they wouldn't return my money. Typically I would understand but they sold me bad crab to begin with. As soon as I brought it home and tasted it i knew it was bad but they said they wouldn't honor the purchase bc I didn't have physical copy despite having more than enough proof. I don't even want to shop there anymore after that.

You have an employee who works in your deli who is just foul.This is the second time I've seen her do something repulsive.Her name is Rebecca.This time I saw her clean things with chemicals while wearing gloves.She then proceeds to rinse her hands with the gloves on.After that,with the rinsed gloves, she went on to serve customers using the slicer.I will not be returning to the deli at this location.She is gross.

Prices are highest in area but it's convenient to my house. I shop literally anywhere else if I can. They are really nice and the baggers bring your groceries to your car for you so I can see that being helpful for some people but that's also why their prices are high...
