The Gentleman helping was great!! But Horrible co-workers the gentleman helping me had an accident in his pants and kindly continued to help while the co-workers just starred!! I would hate to work with a team like this! I wanted to give no stars but doesn’t allow that option

I went to TMobile today just when we were about to leave, Mario came out and said our name. Im glad we stayed especially since Mario was informative, engaging, kind, and helpful 10x.Thank you. His service really made my day! He listened and keyed in on our cellular needs.

lauren was amazing and went above and beyond to help me fix my phone. even though it wasn't fixable she still made sure to try and get me the cheapest route of upgrade or replacement. she made my time super less stressful and easy despite the issue with my phone.

The online inventory shows this store has 15 pro max in stock. I walk in, 5 customers in line. The guy asks me to check in. I ask, do you have 15 pro max in stock before I wait 20 minutes. He tells me I have to wait before he can check. I drove across to Best Buy and changed my 5 lines to ATT. Tmobile has gone down hill (by the way Best Buy no longer contracts with T-Mobile.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a branch. My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. In order to trade in our phones, we needed to upgrade plans to the newest plan. We agreed to do so. Our phones were traded and upgraded, everything settled. New plan and all. However, when my husband was switching over to the new device, the CSA we dealt with put her own personal preference down on smart switch, completely locking him out of all of his apps. Now, two months later, we get a bill for far more than expected. My husband's military planning was not honored, and instead of the free upgrade with our trade in, we're being charged almost double what we were to begin with. We will be going in to settle things with the branch manager. But I think we'll drive out of our way to go to the Saint John branch from now on.

I usually stop by while running errands since it’s the closest store to where I am and consistently leave disappointed. My transaction - marking a payment on my kid’s prepaid phone - takes less than 5 mins at other stores. I usually wait at least 15 mins for the uninterested, unbothered, customer service reps to assist. I was the only one at the store today and it still took 15 mins to get assistance and another 5 to find out I couldn’t be helped due to technical issues they were experiencing. Jeremiah, who transferred from the Hammond store, seems to be the only rep with a customer service mindset. Disappointing! Will drive further for decent service from now on!

TMobile customer service 611screwed up my upgrade. Took a couple visits but Catrina, Darrick, and Kelsey went way above and beyond to get everything straightened out.Thanks!

Worst customer service. Plus, AT&T is 6X faster than T-Mobile anyways lmao for the same price! Why do people even go to T-Mobile having to deal with the worst customer service in the book

Second time in this store and second time having an absolutely horrible experience. They talk down to you and then pretend like they don't have any items stock. Would it be in stock if I was a new customer? I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years and have never been treated this way. 0/10 do not recommend.

Was here yesterday carl was not talkative very hard to get him to talk about plans wanted to sell us phones not any plans.after 1hour my water pill was working and needed to use washroom bad.carl said we don't have public facilities go 2doors down use there's.because of my health my water pills are a must.i understand but to deny my request knowing that I needed to go bad just made my discomfort worse so I left right then I will cancel 3phone lines and never use t mobile again and will tell anyone that listens my experience.not happy hope carl never has a disability and needs help by t mobile after 15years .

Please be aware of the young lady in the little mermaid cosplay wig. At the end of Feb 23, I went to purchase a new phone after going online which directed me to go into a store if I wanted the device sooner. Since I had questions and travel plans that week, I visited thinking I would leave with a phone. The young lady provided excellent service to the family before me, thus I expected a similar experience. As someone really impressed by the service provided to that couple, I was prepared to network as someone who mentors younger women. Instead, she was immediately combative and attempted to charge me twice the amount listed online and later provided when I called in the same night. All I wanted was an explanation of the charges presented online and the ability to receive a phone right away. This was my last straw with T-mobile and I eventually disconnected my service, then switched to another provider the following week after my initial phone visit. All of the in person and phone experiences were subpar. I came to return the modem last week and she had the same abhorrent demeanor. Luckily, another person assisted with the return. Unfortunately, implicit bias from service providers impacts their behavior towards others and results in a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Went there to upgrade our daughter's cell phone. The woman that helped us was the best. Very positive attitude and very friendly. Definitely recommend this location and also the woman who helped us. Her name is Catrina.
