Dirty and unkept. Workers were no help with anything I asked a young lady working where something was, and she said download the Target app on my phone and that she didn’t know. This place is worse than Walmart. Go to the Munster location

I love Target. This Target store needs to be shut down. It's filthy, unorganized and just a hot mess. I'll go to Munster or Merrillville Targets before I ever go into Highland Target again. Maybe you need new management or your employees aren't doing their jobs.

Poor customer service. Came in today to return some Cat and Jack items and the customer service lady told me I was unable to return them as there was nothing wrong with them. I proceed to ask if this was her stores policy or the policy in general. She them proceeds to give a poor excuse how if everyone did the returns correct people wouldn't be allowed to return clothes with nothing wrong with them... OK.
Went to the Munster location and returned my Cat and Jack items no problem. Not sure what the issue was with the lady in Highland but I would be not going back. Wish I would have gotten the lady's name.

Again, I walked in and saw the incredibly long line and lack of open registers. I turned around and walked out and went to Walmart and was out in 10 minutes there.

Always friendly and quick. Been going here for years and never an issue. This is why I rather pay more than going to Wal-mart.

The Highland, IN target store is an absolute disaster. The clothes dept. has clothes everywhere but the racks, doesn’t even feel like the air conditioning is working and they have 1 check out person who took 15 min to check out the 2 people in front of me. What happened to the night shift coming in and cleaning the store and stock. Half the time I go there the aisles are blocked off from product needing to be stocked. I would rather go to Walmart. Surprisingly Wlamart is cleaner.

I generally don't shop at Target but my daughter had gift cards so we stopped in. The store was really messy and the prices were so so so high. I could not believe the price of paper towel and garbage bags. I didn't buy anything and my daughter just got a couple small toys.

I was shocked to walk into this location it was a freaking mess. It reminds me of walmart the line was so long, very few registers open. I haven't been into this location for a few months it wasn't like this the last time I'm shocked.

Long lines. only a couple registers open at a given time. Understaffed. Help not available in aisle or express checkout when needed. I do know where things are that I want and so that part is quick and easy

The store was so nicely lit and carts were easy to push, not like Walmarts carts. So clean and nicely laid out. I go to the Highland Target because I like the CVS PHARMACY inside the Target. The Pharmacy crew are outstanding. So helpful in so many ways. I hate Targets self checkouts. They are job stealers. The way they lined up regular checkouts dumb. Can't get carts and yourself out if some one is checking out in front register. Should have been off set. You will see what I mean when you check out. They never have enough checker.
