We’ve been working with the Corporate Thread for marketing items and merch for our local highland bridal boutique for a couple of years now. Just started an online apparel business and was excited to start designing merch and getting inventory. I came to the store August 29th and spoke with Tineka. I explained what I was looking to do and she said I would need to meet with designer. I emailed her that day so we can the process started and I was informed the designer is on vacation. No big deal. I then followed up with her a couple times and did not receive responses. I followed up again and once again all she said was I needed to meet with designer but did not inform of the necessary steps to move forward. It is October 3rd and I JUST received an email from the designer. I've already taken my business elsewhere. This was a terrible experience for someone who is just starting their own small brand and I would never do business with Corporate Thread. I know I may not be your largest client but I am sure you guys started off small as well.

Terrible first impression!! I walked into the store in highland and I was greeted with a frown. Not, "hello," or "how can I help you?" Customer service 101 ....say, "hello!" You are a small business....make people feel welcome.

Our experience with The Corporate Thread was excellent. Our sales representative was very quick to respond and the quality of the items we purchased was even better than expected. They worked with us on several design revisions and production was very quick. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to this company by a friend when I was looking to get a feather sign for my store. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome! I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and Ari was super helpful every step of the way and ended up designing me a gorgeous, colorful flag! The price was also fantastic. The staff was super relaxed and welcoming when I went to pick up the finished product. I will definitely be a return customer!!!
