After a long process due to the strike I was finally able to have my van repaired. Christina was awesome in keeping me updated through the process. The MOPAR power train warranty covered over $14,000 of a $16k job.

The best experience buying a car in my life. Alejandro was our product specialist and he showed us a car, we test drove and BOOM, new car. The process was fast and he showed use around the building and where to go for repairs and the waiting room with complementary popcorn and coffee and tea. They even have a shuttle service if you need to go home when your car is being worked on. Timothy help us with financing and a smooth process. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

They have awesome people who know how to help you get what is needed done on your vehicle. Also help you with coupons if they have them available off offers that may be weren’t acknowledged they will let you know about timely manner in which they do the service on your vehicles the people are very knowledgeable that work there, very professional they are friendly and down to earth, Paul, the gentleman who took care of me was very professional knowledgeable understanding went in without even an appointment or a schedule and not a problem for them to take me in and it was done in a great amount of time that I didn’t have to wait two or three hours it was done as if I had something scheduled and out in 45 minutes. It was great. I’m very grateful to this place is my second vehicle purchase there and they are great to service it.

Matt did a great job when i took my jeep in for a recall. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and didn't rush. If you need someone to explan what's being done to your vehicle in detail then Matt is your guy. Great costumer service.

In early August, I visited the Thomas Dodge dealership with uncertainty about whether to buy out my current lease or trade it in for a new vehicle. Despite exploring multiple Jeep dealerships without success, I decided to proceed with the lease buyout option. I contacted Ashley, who provided comprehensive information about the requirements for this purchase. Curious about potential deals on a new vehicle, my partner and I worked with Ashley to obtain quotes over the phone. We informed Ashley of our intention to visit on Monday at 3 PM to inspect the new vehicle and finalize the paperwork, with the intention to purchase if satisfied.Regrettably, when we texted Ashley that we were on our way, we received no response. Upon arrival, we were informed that Ashley had left for the day, and we were assigned to another sales representative, Alex. Given our time constraints and the impending lease closure at 4 PM, I reiterated my intent to evaluate the new vehicle in person before making a decision. Upon viewing the new vehicle, I chose to purchase it. Nevertheless, I was disheartened by the extended 5-hour duration spent at the dealership, especially since we had previously discussed pricing over the phone. This time delay significantly impacted my work commitments, which I had to extend beyond my initial expectations.Additionally, I was promised a 2-hour charge for my hybrid vehicle, but this was not delivered. Instead, I was offered the option to return and wait for a full charge, which seemed impractical and time-wasting. The most disconcerting part of my experience occurred during the financing phase with Nady. He declined my request to inspect the vehicle's odometer before signing the paperwork, disregarding my prior negative experience at another dealership. Nady's response, stating that the mileage was inconsequential and that I would incur a charge of 25 cents per mile over the agreed limit, was disappointing.Furthermore, Nady made a comment that I perceived as discriminatory, implying that I worked in a corporate office and not in sales, just because I was a woman alone at the dealership seeking assistance with negotiations. This comment was both unprofessional and unnecessary.Regarding the transfer of license plates, there was a miscommunication. I was informed that I needed to purchase new plates for my vehicle, which I did at a considerable cost. However, upon visiting the BMV, I learned that I could have transferred my plates at no additional expense, resulting in an unfortunate loss of over $500.My dissatisfaction continued when I noticed that the oil life of my new vehicle was below 50%, despite it being a new purchase. Ashley advised me to return to the dealership to have it reset, which I did. However, I remained concerned that the oil life might not have been genuinely at 100% and was merely reset in the computer system.The ordeal escalated when I received repeated calls from Chrysler Capital, informing me that my previous lease was overdue. To my astonishment, Thomas Dodge had failed to submit the necessary paperwork or issue a payment to Chrysler Capital for my old vehicle. Which Danny called and explained the reason being they were waiting on payment from my new vehicle. A check wasn't sent out until almost a month later. Although Alex from Thomas Dodge ultimately assisted in resolving this issue, Nady's subsequent call lacked an apology for the inconvenience. He simply stated that he was instructed to contact me, leaving me to explain my predicament. Contradictory information between the dealership and Chrysler Capital further exacerbated my frustration.In light of these numerous inconveniences and complications, my initially positive outlook on establishing a lasting relationship with this dealership has dissipated. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Thomas Dodge to family and friends based on this experience.

I dropped my Renegade off for a recall, and was driven home by a very nice porter and picked up again when service was completed. My service advisor., Paul, was wonderful and kept me up-to-date on all the work being done.

Bought my truck there 3 years ago. I get my routine oil changes never have a problem there at all. Always in and out every one is friendly there Christina (hopefully I spelled correctly) makes sure she goes through everything to make sure your vehicle is taken care of will definitely keep returning.

Been here before over the years and didn’t like this location at all! But in December gave it another chance and it was a whole different experience. We actually purchased a car from them and have been using them for service as well. Nothing but good to report from me the services used to take over 2-3 hours are now done within 1. Absolutely amazed by this locations transformation!!! And if you had a previous experience I would say give it another go! Very impressed all the way around!! Good job highland your WHOLE team is doing amazing!!!!

I highly recommend the service department at Thomas CDJ in Highland, IN. I have been a returning customer for all my service needs for about 4 years. The service advisor named Paul provided me with outstanding service during my most recent visit. My A/C on my Jeep was malfunctioning during the recent hot weather. Thankfully, Paul and the service department staff at Thomas CDJ were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue the same day in order for me to stay cool. Thank you!!

Jennifer was very thorough and patient with my questions and got some work done that was overlooked by me when I wrote up the work order. (about an hour into the maintenance being done my wife called and said did you tell them about the camera?) and she got it fixed and checked on coverage for the repair. Very thoughtful of her. The car now runs like it's new.

I had a great experience at Thomas Dodge. They were able to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for. The facility was nice and everyone was friendly. My salesman was Joe who helped answer any question I had along with being very responsive via email if I reached out about something. Overall I am happy I went to Thomas Dodge to get my new car.
