“Just what needed never a long line & plenty of employees to help you at once. No standing around waiting on your vehicle. That's why they don't have no chairs because you're in and out in about 4 to 10 minutes”
“Picked up my clean trailer from the tank wash and found that I had a broken bolt and a completely missing bolt on my ladder. A really nice gentleman named George came over and fixed it under five minutes. Thanks George!”
“Found Enterprise to be a better choice than the guys in yellow. Per mile charge was low ($.25), truck was in tip-top shape and customer service (Jacob) made it a simple and pleasant ordeal.”

“I've storaged my stuff at this location for some time and the service plus security are excellent... I moved my stuff out and no bugs or mice were in sight.. thanks to Derek, Elma and tameeka for your service at this location....”
“I have used this location several times for storage and truck rental. Never had an issue getting what I needed as far as renting a truck or a unit and felt my belongings have been secure. I've been waited on several times by Isaiah and he's very polite and professional.”
“I had an excellent experience using the propane tank refill service at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Schererville. The staff was friendly, professional, and had my tank refilled quickly. The process was easy, the pricing was fair, and they took the time to answer my questions. It's great to have a reliable place for propane refills without long wait times. I was back to grilling in no time. I’ll definitely be returning for future refills and highly recommend their service to anyone in the area.”
“Diego and his sister(the manager) were really pleasant and helpful in making our move smooth!!! I would definitely recommend this location for your next move! God bless!”

“Jessica is awesome! She greets every customer with a smile. Over the past two years, that I have come into the facility she is always so friendly and customer focused. Picking up a vehicle was easy and fast. It took less than 10 minutes.
This is the only Uhaul I will rent from. A+ rating.”
“I had the best experience renting a truck this last weekend. Milo was awesome, made sure we knew what we were doing with the rail lift, Linda was so nice and pleasant. Would recommend 10/10 most definitely. Will never go anywhere else from now on! Thanks Milo & Linda!”
“The staff at this location were very helpful in getting us taken care of! We originally had reservations across town with a different uhaul place. Our reservation was moved to this 2nd location. Despite a system issue, they still got us taken care of. Was greatly appreciated after the day we had. Please keep up the good work, and thanks for saving the day!!”
“I don't know what everyone is complaining about. They were super nice when I checked in and were nice when I checked out as well. I had a great experience with them.”
“Their portable storage is a great local storage and moving service. Their 20' container is massive, and totally water proof. Their storage site is great too, I was nervous at first about the cold winter and not being in a "warehouse", but the portable storage container kept everything perfectly safe from the wet and cold.”
“U-Haul fixed the issues that I had with them and I apologize to you all because I didn't think that you guys were going to come through when you exceeded what I deserved for my complaint thank you so much!”
“I rented chairs and tables twice one mother n laws repast and July 4 both times no problem in and out prices are reasonable will rent again friendly environment ?”
“I am truly amazed with the very prompt and cost friendly service I received here!! He didn't try hustling me because I'm a woman and he was really nice overall. Highly recommend”
“Nice people working there. Equipment ain't to bad I've definitely seen worse in my 21 years. I've been renting a truck with these guys for the past year and they have always been ready for repairs and or a substitute unit. 5 stars!!”

“Although they weren't open when I got there the lady I called was very helpful and a few minutes later the guy ( I'm sorry I didn't get his name) went above and beyond helping me out. Returning the truck was just as good since that lady ( again sorry I didn't get her name ) was just as nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again and recommend them for your moving needs.”
“Had a great experience along with clean equipment. With that being said looks like some folks just rather deal with the big guy. Maybe local ma and pa is just not for some of the people. Now I've always have had great experience with this neighborhood bunch of fellas. Thanks Kevin I'll send people your way peace ✌️”
“Few months ago, have great experience thru this rent company.Pickup from airport and after I returned car, they dived my back, friendly stuff at front desk, sad not remember the name of person. If need, I sure I came back for another car.”
“I absolutely loved the gentleman that assisted us with our U-Haul rental. We thought we had rented at a different U-Haul facility in Merrillville that opened at 8. When we went to the new location we didn't realize they weren't open for another couple of hours. We rang the ring camera bell and the gentleman came to the door after a few minutes more than happy to help us early. Thank you!!”
