I would suggest never request curbside. I’ve tried twice and they never come out with your order or answer the phone. Perhaps they should remove curbside from their pickup options if they can’t fulfill it. Just saying.

I have been going to this Ulta for years and I truly don’t mind employees gathering and talking because I like being left alone. Last week though I was trying to look for something but I can’t even find it. I ask a group and the lady wearing black just stared head to foot like she didn’t want to help/work, so we ended up staring each other and then the lady in a white coat from a distance came and gladly assisted me. A lot of ladies here are nice based on my experience, but I get this from time to time too.

I was approached five times in 20 minutes while trying to shop. This time was more than excessive. Even shopping in the past I am approached at least several times. When I told the last associate I’d already been asked multiple times, she rolled her eyes and loudly responded with attitude—so loud my daughter heard her across the store. I just wanted to shop in peace, not feel harassed. I won’t be returning.

I really wanted the Hollywood wave hairstyle. I showed photo of exactly what I wanted and no one could do it. I felt like I was rushed. Finally I just settled with what the manager did for me. She was super nice and she redid my makeup too because it came out very blotchy and uneven. I had lash glue residue all on my lash line so I just took off the lashes because it wasn’t a clean look. Everyone was very kind but the results wasn’t what I wanted.

Kinda pointless having people work at a makeup store that don’t know anything about makeup cause “they don’t wear it”
Asked a girl working about which foundation is hydrating and she said she doesn’t know anything about makeup cause she doesn’t wear it

The lady that helped I think her name was Jillian was wonderful she fixed my makeup and showed me pretty much what I've been doing wrong! Thank you I already tried and it does make a difference! So I thank her for her knowledge a just stopping to help because she just saw that I needed it! Lol 💕💕

Bad experience and horrible customer service. Never in my life have I had a manager named Tracey talk to me in a condescending and inhumane way. I don’t understand how you can have a person like that work for you store.

I had stylist Victoria. I had come right after work and I was not in a really conversational mood since I was super tired and mentally drained. Victoria was very accommodating and attentive to my current needs. I showed her my Pinterest Board of hairstyles that I liked and she completely understood what I was trying to go for. She had great customer service, she washed my hair and gave me a little scalp massage that I didn’t even think I needed. I really recommend her. I love my hair. I feel refreshed and definitely will book her again.

I just want to acknowledge this beautiful woman who worked in excellence she was kind and patient with me and other customers! She handled herself very well and went out of her way to help me and the lady in front of me . I took her name down because I had to write a good review for her . Lamaira Ventura is amazing! Purchased travel size pureology shampoo/conditioner. Expensive. The problem with these products is that they are samples and never filled to the top...but the price is over the top!
