UPS Highland delivered the wrong address as detailed on the package. So recently we have lost a lot of goods. I hope UPS will adjust the delivery team to the correct address as written on the package.

I have been going to the store for about two years now for all my UPS needs and they have been tremendously helpful and courteous. During the holidays I normally get packages sent to the store so I can pick up to prevent thief and I always get my package. The staff is always Helpful

Oh my God these ladies at the store was amazing Patty and the other little girl don't know what her name was. I'm sorry but they were amazing. They help me my printer ran out of ink and I didn't know I could send my labels there and they help me and they're just wonderful. I would be recommending all my friends and family to this UPS

Store 4208 has three of the best workers I have ever encountered with their names are Ms. Patty the store manager and her two associates Prisilla and Peyton did a fantastic job helping me ship my package today

They were professional, courteous, kind, and took the stress off me by packing my packages. Everything that needed to be wrapped was wrapped. As a result, none of our items were damaged. As they say, you get what you pay for. Thanks for the great service. I can’t appreciate it enough! Highly recommend having The UPS package your packages!!

Not the best experience compared to other times. I called today did not get the name of the person who answered the phone. Was a young lady. I explained my daughters package was stolen she said they’d file a claim. I was going to ask her another question and she hung up on me. I went with ups cause I thought that the package would arrive and would be no issue. Sadly the items taken you can really not put a value on a dead loved one’s possessions. For her to just hang up was simply rude. I recommend anyone shipping things get a signature that does not allow the item to be just abandoned. I was not offered this option nor did I think of it.
