I went in to pickup a package that was NOT supposed to be delivered there ( but it is what it is) I explained to the young lady I was picking up a 44lb package & I have a torn rotator cuff on my shoulder & I really needed help loading my box. There was a lady with glasses on who rudely interrupted me while i was trying to explain what was going on. She said ( rudely) he'll help when he's done. The young man was there chatting with a lady who apparently is always there talking about restaurants (that had NOTHING to do with UPS) I patiently waited 10 minutes, they still were chatting it up! Not only was I waiting for some help loading but the young lady who assisted me when I got there disappeared on me! I was also trying to send a package out but NONE of the associates helped me! I grab my SH*T & left! I STRUGGLED by myself to load my package while the young MAN stood at the register watching me! What I experienced today was poor customer service & its unacceptable! I do a lot of business through UPS for my small business, I'll NEVER go to this location again!

I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS Store. The staff is welcoming, kind and educated with any questions that I may have. There's always enough staff so I never wait long to do my business there. The store is clean and well organized. I'll continue to do my business at this UPS Store in Highland, In.?????

Great service, every single time they take care of me. I have yet to have been somewhere with customer service as outstanding as this store. From packing supplies, to label assistance, and of course shipping. They have helped me countless amounts of times and I am always thankful. The entire store and every member within it is amazing. Thank you guys again. They keep the store well kept and clean. All members maintain a professional, yet helpful demeanor through the whole transaction. Sensational guest service with whomever walks through the door. Please do not hesitate to do your business here for all your shipping and package needs. ❤️

Patty was very professional and helpful. She was able to help me AND direct me to the right person so that I was not driving around town looking for the person for the service I needed. So thankful there is a UPS store near me and helpful, patient people like Patty. I will be back soon at this UPS store for more helpful services.

This is the most helpful UPS store. Patty the manager always goes the extra mile to help me. My granddaughter got her records and record player in perfect condition when I sent it to California from Indiana. I am 81 and I sure appreciate you having people like Patty to help us seniors. Store 2408

Good service here, however i hate that many of these companies changed their hours during the covid pandemic, however they have not updated on Google. These companies need to stop being cheap, and hire someone to take care of their online services, if they can't or won't do it themselves. Google says they close at 8pm, however they now close at 7pm. So these companies seem not to care that their Customers/Consumers do their do their due diligence to check hours online before they come, and come within the hour time frame blocks listed. Only to waste gas ⛽️ and time ⏲️ , of which, Entrepreneurs like myself, don't have to waste. In my estimation, someone needs to reimburse me for it, just like they expect to be reimbursed for theirs.......Period❗️

Used the UPS Store in Noblesville, IN to ship some medical supplies back to our very elderly family friend (who does not drive) after he’d left them when visiting us. Tracking this package online was useless, as was the UPS phone number. Fortunately, the great crew in Noblesville were able to determine that corporate UPS managed to get the package only to the UPS Store in Highland, IN a few miles from our friend’s residence. When I called Highland to be sure it was really there and explained the corporate UPS error, the Highland UPS Store associates went above and beyond to see that our friend got his package at the address we shipped to. And it was there in less than half an hour! Sure wish corporate UPS hired the same level of talent these small franchise owners have.
