I have been going here for 16 years and never had any issues at all.Sometimes when customers cant get their way they do become angry and leave bad comments.I know because I worked for a different Post Office for 38 years so I know how customers can be.keep up the good work HIGHLAND POST OFFICE!!!

I sent a package through Office Depot in Highland and the last scan went through here, although I was contacted it’s a shame my package is probably lost forever and it was a birthday gift for my sister in another state highly disappointed.

I spoke to Kim about passport questions I had as well as new mail address that needed to be verified. She was very helpful and explained everything with great detail. Very appreciative !
