I have been going here for 16 years and never had any issues at all.Sometimes when customers cant get their way they do become angry and leave bad comments.I know because I worked for a different Post Office for 38 years so I know how customers can be.keep up the good work HIGHLAND POST OFFICE!!!

I sent a package through Office Depot in Highland and the last scan went through here, although I was contacted it’s a shame my package is probably lost forever and it was a birthday gift for my sister in another state highly disappointed.

This is the worste post office ever they held my workman comp check sense February 2 nd theiy have a stamp and because I told them how their manger needs to be fired all my mail since then has been 2 weeks late now I don’t wanna hear nothing 22 days lost ever prove of mail I get from the carrier to your incompetent manager she’s probably there by no one else wanted a job because she can’t do none. Look at her being a little 12-year-old. I’m gonna hold his male good thing. I’m not a broke person like you that I have some money but unless she wants to hold two checks back. I got proof now I will come and speak to everyone of you who’s gonna have the best reason why my mails a month late lol I’ll let you gets know they tech just made a federal offense can’t tamper with mail but a real manager would know that now a Karen. I also had to interment forms mailed so I can examine to the lake county court house and show them when I got it from you Karen’s lmao you only hurt your self

Everytime I receive a package from here it’s open.. I don’t know if they’re stealing or what ! But the manager , owner whoever needs to stop this from happening ! It’s a federal crime !

3rd time this week that a package wasn’t delivered, they leave a note to come pick up the package from the post office, but doesn’t mention why they couldn’t leave it. Terrible service

So disappointing , moved in March and changed address I started receiving mail to my new home then it stopped . I called the post office at first they said they couldn’t see my name on the mail box.I made sure the names was on the outside as well as inside the mail box. I made several calls weeks after they said I’ll be getting my mail but if just get an ad and yet I was expecting some important mail. I received one mail then it stopped again a week later there was an ad mail with a note on the envelope for me to “pick up mail from the post office or it will be returned ,by mail carrier “. I went to the post office showed them the note they looked and told me they did not have my mail.

I was expecting 3 packages from 3 different shippers after ordering multiple items from an online store. All my other items were delivered except for the 2 handbags and 1 perfume that was said to have been left at my post box at the same time on the same date but I never received them. I call and went to the post office on 2 separate occasions and was told that my items were scanned and left at my address (I really do not believe this). I think this is unfortunate as I did not receive my packages and there was no further actions on their part (usps), the supervisor I spoke with showed no empathy and I lost all my packages with no resolution. All she said was I could have been scammed and they could have sent me a piece of paper or small necklace in the mail instead of my order which did not happen I check all my mails thoroughly each day and there was nothing out of place. I believe my packages was not delivered to my address by the post man/woman. This is very unacceptable and unfortunate behavior from usps.

Supervisor Quinton is so nice. I LOVE how he loves his job and he is so quick to communicate with ALL his customers about anything. I use to live in Highland for 9 years, moved out in December. Our mail guy was such a friendly man too. I am very surprised about the bad reviews. Maybe these people are just having a bad day. On St.Patrick's day my baby is turning 1. I ordered a few items that were getting delivered to my old address. I was able to call the post office and request for them to hold for me as I need for the party tomorrow. Eventhough someone had already helped me, Quinton reached out to me personally to let me know he has the package and their closing time. Now this guy Quinton deserves his position and needs a promotion if you ask me. I LOVE THIS! This man saved the party! Thank you to whomever trained and hired such friendly spirit! You guys are such hard workers and are AWESOME!
