I have shopped many Walgreens before. In Illinois and Indiana. The one on. Ridge Road ask me for i.d. to buy wine.The manager stated it's always been this policy at all Walgreens. Can someone show this or research for me? I happen to be in my 60s n Black.

Very clean location, well stocked shelves, VERY pleasant staff and plenty of parking available for curbside pickup, handicapped and regular parking.

This isn’t on the workers inside … Walgreens has just gone down … the place is a ghost town … no employees … one person or two people cannot man the whole store and meet all the customer needs.. I feel so bad for these employees trying to be in 7 places at once around the store .. angry customers hitting the customer service buttons over and over …. Walgreens should pay their people better which would retain more staff and increase satisfaction

I was wildly surprised to see such small containers of arm& Hammer liquid detergent on the end caps of the aisles.
, and such an outrageous price
Thatl was also surprised to see digital screens on the front of the freezers. I had never seen that anywhere before in any store

Prices are inconsistent. Some employees are nice but some are not as much. Nice location but maybe it's time to change to another pharmacy.

Worst customer service!I had a tall african American associate with blonde hair and long white nails. She couldn’t take responsibility that she made a mistake, then she wanted to go back and fourth with me and she wasn’t holding herself accountable at all.It’s ok to make mistakes but don’t be rude when you’re in the wrong and said that it didn’t make sense to put your number in for rewards and my second transaction she skip the part of entering the phone number:Her ID was turned around so she could continue to give poor and rude customer service. I spoke to Nia shift lead and she was so nice and apologetic! Be Aware when shopping here.
