Superb service with art hill ford of Merrillville, Rosa OCASIO was very knowledgeable and helpful with the full service on my truck! It was quick even though I was one of the last trucks in there service line! Great communication from them to show in detail on video of what they did!

I had a great experience at Webb Ford! My salesman, OC, was extremely patient with me and all my questions. He took me out on several test drives so I could make comparisons, and he never came across as pushy — just very friendly and laid-back.
I was there for quite a while, but both OC and the financing department were patient and helpful throughout the whole process as we negotiated the price. We left the dealership very happy with our purchase.
I would definitely recommend Webb Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Refused to do my recall. They claim it was old but i literally got the paper yesterday. So how does that work?Just say you don’t want to do it.. I’m reporting them. I called another dealer and they are doing it this week.. never going to this location again

I had an amazing experience yesterday at Webb Ford. Immediately upon entering the building I was greeted by Robert Kelly. He was courteous and thoughtful and seemed to really be willing to accommodate me. He wasn't pushy by any means and made the whole experience welcoming. I will definitely be going back to him and Webb for any future car purchases. I highly recommend.

Fast simple service for our 2025 Bronco Sport
Brought my wife's 25 Bronco Sport in for its first vehicle service and the service department was great no problems no stress the service manager was very helpful and the service technician was very good and performed everything in a timely manner.

I was contacted by Webb Ford service department regarding a recall notice on my Fusion. An appointment was made for a service technician to come to my home and do the work. The technician arrived at my home on time and completed the work efficiently.

The best Ford dealership in the area for sure they’ve been around forever. I’ll be honest the price on oil changes and routine maintenance have increased over the years, but why pay the same price going somewhere else when you can take your car to the actual car dealer for your car. You know your car will have the exact parts it needs and it’s being serviced by a certified Ford mechanic. I’ve been coming here for years and they have always done a great job regardless if it was a recall or just routine maintenance. Call around for prices and you’ll see it’s not that big of a difference in costs these days. To add Steve (service) always does a great job and is very informative. Thank you all for keeping my Ford Fusion SE on the road!
