It saddens me to say that what would have been an awesome shopping experience was tainted by one bad employee. My wife and I entered your dealership at the suggestion of my brother. Pastor T. Brian Hill who recently purchased an electric car from that store. This planned purchase was for our fifteen year old daughter. Our sales person, and the finance manager were professional, welcoming and accommodating. They inspired us to return in the new year to seek cars for my wife and son. I made the mistake of joking with a neighboring sales person, whose name I don't know, that the beverage cooler was out of Heineken beer. He responded that "yeah, you're looking for the Schlitz Malt Liquer beer." When I told the finance manager what was said, this individual interrupted and repeated what he had said to me. My wife spoke up and assured Everyone they she doesn't drink beer, she drinks fine wine. This salesman proceeded to add injury to insult by saying, "yeah, MD 20/20". The finance manager was visibly offended, and tried to assure me that this guy was not liked by anyone. What concerned me more is that this dealerships waiting area for maintenance was filled with black patrons yet this was the lack of respect that we received for our patronage. I informed my brother and I am certain that he will pass the information of this experience to his Parishioners.

Octavien was amazing! He was so patient, went above and beyond. Financially everyone was willing to work with us and offer good advice and information. Best experience buying a car, by far.

Joshua Avila made a very stressful situation seamless. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I shared what we wanted and he worked swiftly to get us in and out! We’ve bought several cars over the years, but never met a salesman like Joshua! Thank you so much, will be referring our friends and family definitely!

If you need a car, look no further than Webb in Highland. I can't speak highly enough about the profession services and class #1 customer care service that I received from Josh Avila. Not only was Josh able to help negotiate a great trade in price / value for my 2011 Toyota Camery, but most of all Josh was great at just listening. Josh listened to what I reviewed online and was looking for, extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai lineup (vehicle- dimensions, safety features, lineup that fits your day to day life style, etc.) understood what I wanted to pay, and worked with Adam (Manager- who is great) to make it happen. The financial guy (who was also awesome) walked me through the final signatures and was very helpful. Josh took care of the rest, and now I'm 2024.

This is my second experience with purchasing a use car with Webb Hyundai. The salesman was Joshua Avila who demonstrated patience, professionalism, he cared about my experience. I would recommend others to make a purchase with him.

The salesman was nice and the other staff seemed nice as well. The buying process itself was fine. However, the dealership submitted the RUT-25 (a tax form) a month late and IL charged me a $35 late fee. The dealership refused to reimburse me for this late fee even though it was completely their fault for sending the RUT-25 late. Second, the vehicle I purchased new from the dealership was delivered missing a part of the front bumper. The third issue was they charge me IN county tax even though I am an out of state buyer. Errors like that should not happen given they are only 20 minutes from the border and therefore quite familiar with IL customers and the process.

We booked an appointment to look at a specific vehicle (they were aware of what vehicle). Prior to arriving, they sold the vehicle and failed to tell us. So we drove 30 minutes to find out that the car we wanted wasn’t even available anymore. It would’ve been very polite to let us know they no longer had the vehicle we were coming for ahead of time. Won’t be buying a car from here anymore.

He was fast, efficient, knew what I needed, and went above and beyond to not only give me what was better for me in the end, but stayed close to my price range for monthly payments as possible.I really like my Venue. We went into Webb Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle. We were then taken care of by Eric. He worked up a trade for our older vehicle for $7000. Then we decided to go through financing to make sure everything would work out. Financing went through Eric called us and told us that everything was good to go to come in the next day to sign the final paperwork. When we returned the next day they then only offered us $5000 for our trade-in and wanted more money down plus adding more money to the monthly payment when this was strictly talked about the day before that everything stayed the same before we even came in . he did nothing to try to make the matter better we feel this was the worst customer service we have ever experienced while shopping for a car.

Yes on, July 08, 2023 I visited Big John, and I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. I had purchased many cars, but for this one it has been fantastic, Big John has walked me through inside and out of this car, shared every options of making my payments comfortable for me. This is our second purchase second from Webb Hyundai. Just like the first time, It was a pleasant Experience! Eric was our salesman was very helpful, he answered all of our questions and concerns. We will go Webb and ask for Eric for our next car purchase!
