As a woman, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I know that in the past, other shops have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge (i.e., getting an oil changedat 16 yrs old & getting upsold for an engine flush). I trust this shop & their work. They are honest & fairly priced. Also, I was shocked at how friendly they were. At other shops, I'm dealing with a grumpy Walter Matthau type behind the counter, but Heather was fantastic.

There are NO words that I can express that will describe how phenomenal of a man Mr. Bill is. He is a man of his word and will do everything in his power to get the problem fixed.
