I really don't know how to rate this business. There are two instructors whom I like, one of whom I absolutely adore. Her name is Nicole, and she is the nicest person and a fantastic teacher. I had a lot of pain in my right leg and hip that made it difficult to move well. I didn't know why. I'm fairly young. After a class with Nicole where we used blocks under our sciatic nerve, the pain went away. I was so grateful. I gave her a big hug and a Starbucks gift card at the next class. The other teacher we like is Sandy. She taught my kids, and I took a few classes with her, as well. I didn't try classes with the other instructors, but I'm sure they're great. The owner, Allison/Alison, however, is really unprofessional. I took one class with her, and it was a circus. I felt bad for the people who were trying it for the first time because it was so chaotic. Usually, the instructor moves, and the class follows along. It's peaceful, and people figure out what's going on pretty well. The instructor also walks around to correct the students, if needed. Well, Alison, told us, "No. Just stop and watch me first" in a flustered way, like we were children. I still had those serious pains in my right leg and hip at that time and mentioned it to her before class. She chuckled at me. I don't remember exactly what she said, but the vibe wasn't good. When she thought she could make more money off of me, she handed me a card for her trigger point therapy sessions after the class ended. The whole atmosphere was unpleasant. I was really surprised by that. I had purchased my first Groupon ever to use at Yoga on 45th and was confused by one of the features. My classes also didn't seem to add up correctly. Alison used all caps to talk to me about it, as though she was frustrated by me. It was really rude. I hadn't been impolite at all. I just didn't know how it worked. Not long ago, she started posting pictures of students taking classes on the Facebook page. I'm a very private person, and I don't post pictures of myself or my family for very serious safety reasons, so I commented on one and asked if the students give permission for pictures. I was genuinely worried. I guess she didn't like that because I'm blocked from the Facebook page. She probably did it right away, but I went to the page today to send a message about the yoga teacher certification classes and the reading list that used to be on the website before COVID. I saw that I couldn't send any messages or like any posts. I've included pictures to show what I see now. That is just ridiculous to me. I'm always polite to everyone. I was looking forward to going back to take classes with Nicole after the pandemic and wanted to become a certified instructor through Yoga on 45th. I had even considered taking their online classes, but I obviously won't do that now.

Debra from boulder bay was Completely amazing . They have sold three generations of my family now and I was having a horrible experience with another lender and I was in tears. I called and Angie had Debra call me within 10 minutes gave me options on lenders To try and had me looking at homes in 3 days. That was more than I have done with the realtor before boulder bay with in a month. I’m so thankful and love my new home.

Hooked . . . and floating! Even better than the yoga classes, if possible, is the trigger point (private) session I had with Allison this morning. I have been working to get my arm back in gear, after shattering my humerus a little over a year ago. The older we get, the longer it takes to heal and sometimes full recovery isn't in the cards. Or so I thought till today. I actually made the appointment for my lower lumbar. Acupuncture has taken me from an 8 (barely able to walk) to a 1, but the Forward Fold in yoga continually reminds me I'm not there yet. After attending one of Allison's myofascial release classes, I felt some more relief, so I decided to keep going with a one-on-one treatment.

I’m rating it at the highest possible rating for being authentic and human. Bringing mind, all bodies, and spirits together to share in strength, balance, wellness, and breath work. Renewing and strengthening both mind and body, all the while maintaining a sense of humor and lightness. Not taking yourself to seriously. I emphasize real....for at this moment in time I’m actually doing this rating knowingly. The last one I never posted because first of all I never knew what it was until it magically popped up in my email box. I don’t use technological devises unless I’m forced to. Even now after I struggled to walk through the process of editing this original mystery rating. Anyway that’s why some of this electronic manifestations frustrate me. For the record Google Maps apparently created original rating which I would never have looked up to do, and....I’m not even certain this is working now.

Glad Groupon connected me with Yoga on 45th! This studio is a wonderful community small business, and the instructors are committed to offering great customer service. I loved the vibe of the studio-- it was relaxed, focused on individual practice and comfort. This is a great stop for anyone looking to start yoga and develop their skills.

The owner also offers Trigger point therapy. This is the only thing that helped my arm to heal. I recommend it if you're having pain. The yoga classes are great. Lots of varieties. Announcer for teachers.

Yoga on 45th has an array of yoga classes to choose from, that are given at different times to accommodate various schedules. The teachers are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The special workshops are very interesting. There is a real effort to meet the news of seasoned and upcoming yogis. Sarah

Excellent instructors carefully help students of all abilities practice without risk of injury (with the popularity of modern yoga, that is not the case in many places)
