I absolutely love having my daughter here. She has made so many friends and I love how they have in facility activities like soccer and karate I can enroll her in. Gives her something to look forward to. We had a few rough times in the passed year in our personal lives and the teachers handled her emotions and lashing out amazing. Kids don't know how to channel their emotion but all the teachers there put me at ease when situations happen. I highly recommend ABC to anyone looking for childcare.

I take my daughter here and she absolutely loves it here. The staff is wonderful, they really go out of their way to be helpful. They are always super friendly when we come in, always a cheery greeting. They seem very capable of handling day to day conflicts with the children.

I’ve waited on the waiting list since my son was born in September and received a call for an opening at the end of January. We were excited about coming to this facility and nervous at the same time because he was only four months old. On the second week my son got bit by another child and the women at the desk hands me a paper and says “we are obligated to tell you about the incident”. She doesn’t say how it happened or why it happened or even sorry this happened. Very unemotional about it. I understand accidents happen but I was a little taken back by her response to the whole thing. Then, a week ago my husband dropped off my son and overheard a child being yelled at. I wasn’t there but he describes it as being aggressive and unnecessary. Turns out this was the owner yelling at a very young girl. My husband spoke up and told him that wasn’t necessary. Later on that day when I picked up our son I wanted to talk to the owner about this. He was very pleasant and said he was sorry my husband had to witness this. He stated he would never physically touch a child but had to put fear in them. That he was like a principal and had to take action. This child threw a chair at another child. I told him that was a form of abuse and he had no right. I stated he might get frustrated with the child and he stopped me and said never at the child but the parent because he has talked to the parent and nothing comes of it. Either way not his job to verbally punish a child. I have put my two week notice in and that same woman at the desk calls me last night trying to say she spoke with Dave (the owner) and we can terminate the contract effective immediately. I said no I have a two week notice for a reason, not to mention their policy. We have found a different daycare facility for our son. This didn’t even happen to our son but if this man can scream at a child like that and not think he is in the wrong then this isn’t the place for us. Please be careful of who watches your child. Especially if they do not speak or may be afraid too. We have to be their voices.

My daughter has been to 4 different places before entering big girl school. At every one there were incidents between her and other kids. Its part of life, it happens. Most of the staff at ABC was very accommodating. I really was put at ease by Dave (the owner) over some concerns we had before putting our daughter in the daycare. All in all it was a pretty positive experience for us.
