“I took my vehicle to D & M for a second opinion after another collision center (a chain) said the seemingly minor damage to my vehicle came to more than $6,000, resulting in my vehicle being considered a total loss by my insurance company. I had taken it to the other shop because it was on my insurance company's list of express locations. Mario walked me through the entire estimate and pointed out things that were needlessly on that estimate--for instance, repainting the rear quarter panel in order to blend in the paint when he knew that it would be unnecessary. The estimate from D & M came to less than $3700. Had I taken it there first, my vehicle would not have been considered a total loss. If my vehicles ever need body work in the future, D & M will be the choice for me.”

“I wish I could give more than five stars - Scott’s work is outstanding. I scraped my door quite badly on a concrete pillar in a parking garage (not my best moment), and I was so upset because I’d kept my car in such good condition. But Scott came to the rescue! He was so nice and got me in quick and did just an incredible job!! The before and after pictures don’t do it justice. It was a really bad scrape/dent, and now it looks perfect. He’s an artist. I hope I don’t need more body work soon (for obvious reasons), but if I do, he’s on my speed dial. And I will recommend him to anyone I know!”

“I own a 2006 Ford Explorer. The transmission line broke on a sealed transmission and had to be towed. At 1st they estimated to be done in few days and quoted me the price.Due to rust on the connections it was going to take more time to work around the delicate parts.He honored the price he quoted me.
Every time I called to check in he was extremely patient, respectful and understanding of my concerns. Excellent customer service. They have a rewards program and discounts I was able to use toward the bill. Thank you again.”

THE HICKMAN'S will treat you right. They offer WALLET FRIENDLY PRICES !! EXPERTISE in their work and honor their policies. Just last month my mom had her SUV here. She'd been dealing with intermittent various lights coming on, including issues with it not starting. Her dealership ( they told her there was a recall and it was covered) told her she was better off buying a new vehicle and said the problem wasn't entirely fixable. Buuuuttt, for a few thousand they could get it running again. We dropped it off at HICKMAN'S and they called to let us know it was her battery. They then proceeded to tell us to call Auto Zone because it was still covered by their manufacturer warranty. HICKMAN'S also fixed sone sensors under the steering wheel. WE ONLY PAID 120 bucks and it was in and out the next day. THANK YOU FOR HONESTY, EXCELLENT WORK, AND A STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE RARELY SEEN THESE DAYS!!”
