Terrible customer service. Pharmacy likes to close up shop early putting customers last. Of course CVS uses self check out. No thank you. I won't be doing my business at this CVS or any of their stores.

This is a terrible pharmacy location. It must be an awful place to work as well. I never see the same techs or pharmacists there anymore. Turnover is probably high. As such, service is poor. Getting a pharmacy tech to even look at a prescription, answer a question or help you understand why prescriptions with refills aren't getting refilled is impossible. If you go inside to the pharmacy counter the place is usually pure chaos. Indicating they stay perpetually understaffed on purpose. The management of this site is sorely lacking. I suggest you find a place to fill your prescriptions with a dedication to service and care. This is not that place.

Always friendly and efficient staff. Prescriptions are ready fast. Drive through and inside lines move quickly. I have many pharmacy options and continue using this CVS:)

The absolute worst CVS pharmacy I've been to. It constantly takes up to 3 or 4 days for them to refill my prescription despite me having refills for the entire year. I sent in my order on Thursday via the online app and was told it would be ready by 6pm. It wasn't ready until Monday, which means I went 3 days without my meds. I will travel the extra 10 miles to Chesterton where I know my prescription will be filled in a timely manner
