I just truly don't understand why the technicians have to bounce around computer to computer to complete something. I needed a medication refilled, waited at one computer, but then was told they couldn't look it up at the computer we were at, so I had to go to the opposite side. This is not the technicians fault, but rather horrid operating systems.They then told us it would be ready the next day...okay, that's 10000% fine. I understand pharmacies are busy. I have no problem waiting if others are before me. Not even 15 minutes later we receive a text half way home that the prescription is ready. The technician didn't even ask us if we wanted to wait for it, he said it would be ready tomorrow. If I had waited a little longer picking out slippers, I could've gotten the prescription the same day and wouldn't have to go back. This is the technicians fault... A little communication goes a long way..I don't think anyone likes repetitively going back and forth places when they could easily get it done in one swoop. Luckily for me, I get to wait in their 30 min drive thru, and 20 min inside line tomorrow, a Saturday, probably only to be faced with another issue.Have I mentioned CVS is quite literally the worst retail chain pharmacy???? Unfortunately my husbands insurance is only accepted there. Will be making a move to transfer to someone OTHER than CVS. I can't with them anymore. lmao. I don't know a single person who enjoys going here. And yes, this did make me feel better.

A special thank you to all the pharmacy staff! A family member asked for a rush on my medication that had been out of stock for a couple days and they had it filled after about 2hrs. I was too sick and they allowed my father to pick it up on my behalf with ID. Thank you CVS pharmacy care team for your understanding, compassion and hard work!

This CVS location is the cleanest and friendliest store I've visited. Items are in stock and displays straight! My need to "help" tidy as I shop is not utilized here :)

Horrible, horrible experience with the pharmacy was completely worst ever!!!Had just gotten out of hospital after 10 days of major surgery to get meds and treated by the pharmacy with such disrespect, disregard talked down to .Others in line had same treatment as well and upset. Self ritcheous individuals. This location gets alot of individuals that are coming from ER or discharged from hospital and dealing with alot to be treated so poorly. Had to come back twice for meds. Second time due to severe pain went to drive up all of which counted 8 cars in line with no movement so went inside. Had to shake my head there were 2 gals laughing and wiping down the counter by drive through window.watched as stood in line for several minute before window opened to help customers. I HAVE READ SEVERAL SIMILAR comments regarding location. Come on cooperate they're are individuals that are caring and would love to have such a position. Spoke to front of store manager and pharmacy manager.This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint with anything. Iam an educated and very understanding individual.However regarding this situation had to.Hopefully the higher ups will take notice to all recent and previous comments and complaints. The gal that did was running register part was kind and definitely could see mistreatment from the mean girls. NEVER AGAIN TO USE THIS LOCATION AND WAS WARNED SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. wish could give negative stars.

They called me and asked me if I want to be put on their plan where I pick up my prescriptions all at once and I said yes year-and-a-half two years later I still can't get all my prescriptions at the same time I pick one up come back in three days pick another one up come back in two days pick another one up and I keep asking I said I thought this is put on prescriptions were they all picked up at the same time she goes oh you want it on that and I said yes still I cannot get it after asking him 568 * put me in that plan where I get all my prescriptions at once and I still can't get it to this date and spend up all over two years by now they don't go out of your way to help

This cvs has terrible customer service. If you shop on a Saturday and use your app to find what is on sale in the ad . the average person will look at the current running ad. Apparently, they won't honor sales that run Sunday to Saturday after 6 pm when there are no signs posted. They also have no new sale signs posted so you have to check the app for the correct items. But when you get those items according to the add and it still doesn't ring up right they say we'll it's nothing we can do about it even though you've done everything thing they have told you to do. They are very unprofessional and rude stay away from this store it's not worth the headache.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy likes to close up shop early putting customers last. Of course CVS uses self check out. No thank you. I won't be doing my business at this CVS or any of their stores.
