“We recently buried my mother. Geisen handled the whole process with efficiency and great compassion. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly everything went. We were very pleased with their service.”
“We worked with the staff for preplanning our funerals and am so glad we did that. I did a much better job planning my husband's funeral a couple years in advance than I would have at this time. It took a lot of stress off. Staff was very considerate and helpful and the funeral went well. My only complaint was some of the follow up afterwards. It might just be timing but it took a few calls to get a call back. Overall pleased and would use them again when the need arises. They are calming and professional at a difficult time in their customer's lives.”
“The good people at Geisen-Pruzin Funeral Home were of the greatest support and service when we needed it most. They did their best to meet our every need and were patient in walking us through everything, leaving no question or query we had unanswered. They were professional in all ways, from communications with us through the burial at the cemetery, but also personally involved, including hands on help at the graveside. We never felt pressure to make any decision in any one particular direction, and often found that their advice on matters strictly outside the funeral services were helpful as well, being based on their experience through the years. We are grateful we turned to them when we needed caring professional attention.”
“If you are looking for a funeral home that truly cares about families and honors your loved one with dignity and compassion, we wholeheartedly recommend Smith, Bizzell and Warner Funeral Home.
During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they provided extraordinary care and support. From the moment we picked up the phone and walked through the door, we were treated with genuine kindness and respect. They took wonderful care of our loved one, and the funeral service was absolutely beautiful—far beyond anything we could have imagined.
We are a very small family, yet the staff stepped in and filled gaps we did not even realize existed. They guided us through every step with patience and grace, making a difficult process much easier. They made the service feel incredibly meaningful and honored our loved one in a way that truly reflected how important he was to us.
Funeral Director Dana White, along with Marilyn Luckett, and the entire staff, were simply outstanding. They went above and beyond without hesitation and even provided thoughtful touches and keepsakes that were completely unexpected and deeply precious to our family.
Some businesses treat moments like this as a transaction, but that is not the case here. Their compassion, professionalism, and heartfelt care made a lasting impression on us.
If we ever need funeral services again, Smith, Bizzell and Warner Funeral Home will be the only place we turn. Thank you, Dana White and your entire staff. You are truly top-notch. I would give 10 stars if I could!”
“My dog died suddenly on Christmas day. They were right there for us. Very affordable too. Our own vet said they would charge us a huge amount to cremate him and burns did it for half the price, and we got paw print and everything. This place is family owned and you can tell they care. 3 months later my dad also suddenly passed and I immediately went to them They made everything so easy and took good care of us. They were great to us and I am forever grateful.”
“Lakeshore Funeral Services, Inc. provides caring final Services with honors. The Directors go all out to accommodate families to alleviate their griefs. If a family wants a church service, but doesn't have a church, they will help to facilitate a church. Whatever kind of Services the family desires they will accommodate, including military.
They will facilitate transport service from anywhere in the U.S.A. to bring a deceased family member home. They handle the paperwork, insurance, and other resources to help with the smooth transition for families.
Lakeshore Funeral Services does not own a cemetery. Cemetery prices vary, as a separate charge from the funeral home service fees.
The cemetery charge is set by a selected cemetery, and depends on certain sections in the cemetery that the responsible family member selects for the internment. This charge must be paid directly to the cemetery and is required prior to the funerals service.
I am Pastor John and several members of my congregation and other families that I know have used Lakeshore services to great satisfaction.
I highly recommend Lakeshore Funeral Services, Inc.
Pastor John”

“We are so thankful to the entire team at Burns for the care, compassion and comfort shown during the arrangements for both our parents. Losing them so close together has been incredibly difficult, but your kindness truly meant so much to my brother and me.
A special thank you to Kristy and Sallie for their guidance, support and genuine care throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with such dignity and respect, and that meant so much to us.
We are forever grateful for the comfort you provided during such a heartbreaking time.”
