I have not even move in yet & I want to highly recommend anyone to move into Hampshire park. The reviews was not a lie Raphael is the best I told him about my minor issues less than 5mins one of the maintenance crew Collin Sanders came right away with open arms & ready to fix my problems thank you.
Raphael in maintenance is the saving grace of Hampshire Park. He and his team are responsive, professional, and compassionate. The fridge in my unit went out and he was there the next day with a new one. I’m so grateful for !
