I came here on Friday, January 26 with my boyfriend and brother-in-law followed along with my niece, Not only did we leave the lot with a car but we also had a good time with the staff. Very understanding people . My boyfriend and I are first time car buyer, and I do not regret coming to this dealership!! They treated my niece with so much love and sang her happy birthday.

When I say Moe is everything ; I mean absolutely EVERYTHING! I drove he & Mike ( the finance manager) crazy for about 5 hours , but they got me a beautiful Jeep! They understood the assignment by all means ! They weren’t pushy and made sure I was satisfied ! Oh yeah, they also fed us…what other dealership does that???? These guys are nothing short of the best in the business! If you have any doubts …don’t walk RUNNNNN!!!! ????

I left a nice review when I got the car because I thought they worked with me. The reality is they indeed scammed me. Very similar to a review by left by a lady named Fatima. I was in a tough situation and mentally overwhelmed I needed to get a car that same day. They told me $500 down okay (I had just put money down at another place and the car was a lemon and I was waiting for my refund ($1000). This place seemed more reputable .The down payment changed once I got there . I was already approved through a finance company and they ran my car 4-5 more times after I told them not to. Still I needed a car . I ended up with a Hyundai sonata (completely unaware of the theft trending at the time). My down payment went from $500 to $1250. They agreed to let me pay two installments for the remainder as I simply didn’t have it that day. I agreed to call in the two payments . However they automatically charged my account with my permission as I didn’t sign an ach form. My interest rate ended up being 23% with a 620 credit score because I was self employed . My car got broken into within a week. I called them to ask about selling Hyundai’s and they told me they didn’t know I’d be in Chicago but I told them I work in the city and frequent it.My car has been broken into a total of 3x , 3 windows have been replaced . Because my steering column was compromised I couldn’t get the anti theft soft ware . Everytime the window was just the insurance went up. Recently the car was stolen and now the entire ignition system is blown. I tried to trade the car in last year but because they charged me more than what it’s worth I’m upside down. They are not trying to help people , they are harming people . They are criminals . They prey on people in need and appear to give a damn but they don’t . PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR HEAR! Kam did a great job. I came over to Hobart from another dealership after the car they sold me broke down.-Tbow

Moe the finance manager did a great job, he was outstanding and extra friendly the entire time. He helped me and my boyfriend understand things when we got confused and helped us get a great deal on our vehicle. I would recommend him every time. He is definitely the guy I want to buy my next vehicle from.

Kam did his thing. He took care of me from start to finish. I just started a new job and he was still able to get me driving the same day. He also was able to get me out of the door with a low down payment. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and Kam is definitely the best finance manger I have run across. I highly recommend Hobart Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

This was my first time financing a vehicle and they made the process so easy and great. They worked with me and provided me with all the details and steps explaining in depth. Tony and Mike were great help. I will recommend anyone to get a car here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a car from this place in September and it broke down in March... THE ENGINE BROKE DOWN. I HAD A WARRANTY... WHICH WAS JANKY AS HELL. They took $1700 from me plus 6 months of car notes & insurance for a car that clearly hadn't had work done on it. I was given the run around by the OWNER OMAR, MIKE and someone in financial saying he was out of town on "family business" bullshit, etc for about a month or two. To eventually tell me they were no longer going to fix my car after he agreed to.. PLEASEEEE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

If i could give them a zero I would. I kept sending my finanical documents and they kept stringing me along for weeks on end asking for bank statement and check stubs plus w-2! They told me there was an small mechanical issue on the car and it wasnt ready, then mike said they would let me know, I called several times. I ended up talking to moe, mike and everyone else in that office with hardly any updates. Everytime they asked me for a document, i send it! I send all of the above then they set a date for me to come check out the vehicle, three day prior to the date, I CALLED AND Moe told me they sold it. I was very clear from day the type of vehicle i wanted and I specifically told moe the color, make and model! He was rude and inconsiderate of my time, then had the audacity to blame me! This place is a disappointment and thier customer service is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL END UP HOODWINKED LIKE ME! They have a lack of communication and I am reporting them to the better business bureau so no one else spend money, time or energy on a joke of a dealership!

10/10 customer service! Moe and Mike plus staff were very friendly and honest. They guaranteed I would leave with a car in which they kept their word.Highly recommend stopping into this dealership. They have a nice selection from all the brands you can think of! Moe provided great customer service, and was able to fulfill my needs when looking for my next car!

They were very very helpful in finding me a new car and walking me and my parents through the whole process. Definitely a place to look if you want an easy and stress free process!Update! Sadly, after 3 weeks of driving, my car started having many issues. My car sat at a mechanic for a week, with them having no idea where the problems were occurring from. I got it back, and the next day, I had to take it back to try something else. Still not a clue exactly what will fix it. It’s upsetting that my first car buying experience is going like this on a car that I am paying a pretty penny on. Sucks that I was past my 10 days and couldn’t go back here to do anything about it.

Kam is really really good . I have an open bankruptcy chapter 7 and I’m self employed . Went all places and couldn’t get a vehicle. Spoke to Kam and explain to me all the process . Came and all was true . Highly recommended. Kam is one who can help you if you have a crazy situation
