If you aren't getting your taxes done here then you are doing it wrong. Jennifer and Tina were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient and understanding with the many questions and tax concerns we had. My husband and I left our appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. We will NEVER have our taxes prepared anywhere else.

The staff, the receptionist and the tax preparer I had, were both friendly and knowledgeable. They made the process as pain free as doing taxes can be.

My partner and I both had a wonderful experience filing our taxes. This was my first time ever filing and I was extremely nervous about it, but the two tax pros that helped us did a wonderful job making the process fun and easy. They were very friendly. It was like talking with good friends. I wish the filing would have taken longer LOL! I would definitely be filing there again!

Great customer service. We had a lot of questions this year as we had different forms than usual and every question was answered. We even got a lot of tips and tricks for the future. Tina was so kind and loving towards our baby as he started to get a little fussy towards the end of our visit. Thank you, Rick and Tina!

UPDATE.FINALLY RECIEVED an call back. It took only 3 and an half months! SMH.Its been over 3 week's now that i dropped off my taxes. Still no call to let me know they even looked at them or worked on them. Very unprofessional.

They were very nice, fast at doing my taxes. They are extremely cheap prices for doing it. And they are very extremely nice, friendly and very good. I recommend that every should go to them to get there taxes done.
