I’m rating this business a five star even thou i did not use their service. The owner Chris is phenomenal and he is very knowledgeable when I had called him I needed a tow service and unfortunately due to the timing that I needed it done we could not get it done due to him being in a different area which put him out too far to get to me he gave me suggestions of other people to call which ended up working out well for me. He also quoted me a fair price and explain to me that he wanted it to be done in a timely manner and I was able to understand why and he also told me how it should be done correctly and he did tell me if I was not able to get it done in a timely manner that he would travel out here to get it taken care of for me so the customer service from the owner was great and phenomenal and I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you again! Belinda and lastly I’d like to add thank you for the call back to make sure I was able to get it all taken care of! That means a lot! Amazing customer service!

I would highly recommend! Had two flat tires from a pothole very early in the morning. Called KnockOut Towing and Chris arrived very promptly. Took his time to make sure my car was loaded up with care as it sits a little bit lower. He was polite and sociable the entire time. I greatly appreciate his help.Service: Car towing

Certainly a good service. My vehicle was picked up and delivered promptly to the mechanic. Even went so far as to send me pictures once my car was loaded on the truck and after it was dropped off. Very highly recommended.
