“My husband and I have been traveling all week and needed to catch up on laundry. We stumbled upon Ladybug Laundromat and were relieved to find a clean, well-organized place that didn’t break the bank. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the facility was, even though it was busy. Sammi, the staff member on duty, was fantastic! She took the time to walk us through how to get a laundry card, explained which machines would be the most cost-effective for us, and even gave us a laundry pod for the one load we needed to wash. Despite having a full day with other orders, her customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing to get their laundry done while traveling!”

“I'm new to the region and don't have a washer/dryer in my apartment and really don't have the time to sit in a laundromat waiting for my laundry. I found US 20 and am I glad I did. Last Saturday I dropped off a basket of laundry to pick up this Saturday. I stopped by this morning to pick it up and drop off another bag of laundry. It was ready, nicely folded and bagged in my basket. The price was great at only $1.25/pound. I got the laundry home and when it put it away it was folded in such a way that my shirts had no wrinkles. I was shocked at how well they came out. I highly recommend US 20 if you need laundry done well and don't have the time or facilities to do it yourself.”
“Completely honest review! I have always worn dress clothes for work and needed dry cleaning service weekly. I have used Rainbow for 30+ years and their service is stellar. On only 3 occasions in that time I've had a "not perfect result" and 2 of those times the items were special care items that had to be sent out for cleaning so it wasn't their doing and once I picked up early and the gentleman was trying to rush for me. Honestly though sometimes that's just what happens when it's a constant drop off and pick up and as busy as they are I can't believe they can service so many people with the level of quality they do. Never once have they lost an item and every single item is beautifully pressed. I have on a rare occasion used a different cleaner and the way my clothes were pressed was not good and that matters to me. I appreciate you for always going above and beyond to take such good care of us all!Services: Leather & suede cleaning”

“It’s decent but was really thrown off one thrusday evening a few weeks ago I went in with just a small load. There was a younger white male.. kept bothering the female customers trying to flirt .. was outside smoking weed with about 3/4 other young guys. Customer was standard the counter about 10 minutes before the worker realized and came back in.”

“Had to get some dry cleaning done on short notice. The employee that I talked to was friendly and told me when to expect my items to be done, and gave me an estimate on price. The price was a little higher than I was expecting when I came to pick up my items, but I found out that the higher price was due to a tie that I had left in my pocket that they ended up dry cleaning. It ended up working out. So really can't complain.”
