When an issue came up after I'd received my auto back the manager test drove with me to hear the problem then personally fixed the problem after he figured it out. Kept me informed by showing me what the problem was and the fix. Very professional and empathetic. Well pleased

I had an emergency with my brakes and called the Hobart Midas to see if they could get me in first thing in the morning. Tim, the manager, got me in asap, ordered the part I needed, and got straight to work. Tim and his team finished a brake pump replacement, a tire rotation, and an oil change very quickly and I had my car back the same day! Absolutely great customer service, fairly priced, and great work done with the car. 10/10 recommend Tim and his team at Hobart Midas!

Thank you so much Tim and crew for going above and beyond to help me get the details figured out on my car repairs that were needed and guide me in the right direction of what future repairs would be needed down the line and timeframes to do it . Having patience and understanding in this automotive world is a blessing. Being able to talk through what was needed as priority to get done first and to monitor over the next few days helps ease tension when big repairs are needed . Stopped during a road trip when we heard something dragging underneath our car. Tim at the front desk could not have been more kind and helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and didn’t charge us because it was an easy fix. We’re thankful they were able to get us back on the road quickly and safely.
