“First one I love the post office. They done a great job. and I Absolutely love this post office but I will save this and have nothing to do with them but whatever that call service they use their AI agent if anybody in the US is reading this call me I’ll be happy to help you with a more suitable solution than what you’re using because truth be told if I could’ve got through them through my phone I got my hands crossed that AI agent I’m not Incriminate myself that is a terrible terrible solution and you need to change it. I swear I’m almost had a stroke and had to go to the emergency room. Just trying to talk to somebody at the post office that should not be the post office. The people who worked there and the public deserve that I hope that someone higher up in the post office is reading this. We deserve better do something about it to charge the fortune in the mail or something then put on money to something that actually matters and help us get a hold of an actual person.”

“Anyone complaining about prices here should probably take their complaints elsewhere. As in, look into who is running the United States Postal Service and direct your ire there (and perhaps vote with that in mind in the future). The staff in Crown Point doesn't control the prices, can't do anything about them, and surely don't like it anymore than we do.

And anyone complaining about the staff is just plain wrong. If you had a frustrating experience, maybe look within before you start lashing out at people doing their jobs within the guidelines they have to follow. I've been to every Post Office in The Region, that this is without a doubt the best. They're incredibly efficient and always kind. They don't treat you like a burden. I want to shout out Robin because she's just the best. I'm always glad when she's the one helping me out. She knows her stuff.”

“Last week, I had to send some important documents off. I usually go to Highland, but didn't want to drive that far. My experiences at the Tolleston branch were soooo horrible, just got tired of the rudeness. This was at least 2 to 3 years ago. My parents used money orders, it's just what they believed in. So when I'd go, the machine would always break down. It was terrible. One lady was so horribly rude, it was ridiculous. When I'd come in she'd roll her eyes, and just be surly!! Then she'd whisper about me to her collegues. This was the 15th & Broadway mostly. Just got tired of horrible service. When I walked in the post office, Teala, hope I spelled it right, was helping another customer. She was so pleasant, conversing with the customer, not rushing her away, answering all her questions. Then the next customer she did the same, accepting her box with no problem. Then it was my turn. I explained what I needed, she explained the process, and even printed my receipt without me having to ask or press the button. She was very thorough and that was definitely A1 customer service. Now I also agree with another persons review. The post offices are waaayyyyy out of date. No self service machines, dark and dingy, still using the old money order machine, and the look is still from the 70's. Not sure what we need to do to get an upgrade, but hopefully it will happen soon!! But thank you Teala, I lost hope in my local post office, and now considering returning.?”

“I personally never had a problem since I've been going there which I have been going for the past several months 7 months to be exact and I never had a problem the only concern I have is that the post office is so small when it is a lot of people in there they stand too close to you that's why I go as early as I can to get in I've never had a problem anytime I go in there I'm not in there for a very long I'm going to get the guy's name and post it here when I go in there today have a wonderful day everyone if that doesn't work for you maybe you should find another post office”

“I have rarely had to use the post office, but every time I have the staff has been very helpful and friendly in answering my super ignorant questions(I know absolutely Jack about postage or processing). I've not had any issue with their hours, granted I've only been here a few times. Each time has been quick and easy though, so I can't complain at all!”

“I really like having a post office near my home in Miller Beach and think my mail carrier Cody is tremendous. My puppy Snoopy isn't so fond of people walking around my home and seems to especially like to bark at our mail carrier but Cody took the time to meet Snoopy and become friends. This was especially terrific and reminded me of when THE DOG WHISPERER introduced a dog on his TV show to the mail carrier with success. I'll forever be grateful of Cody and the Gary postal service, thank yoU.”
