This location closes at 7:30 and I walked in at precisely 6:43 and the man said they can’t take anyone else. The shop was literally empty and I was asking for a fill in which should be able to be done within a span of 45 minutes.

I love my nails ! I previously went to a spot in portage, but they constantly messed up my nails. This place did an amazing job getting what I wanted and taking time to make them beautiful. I love it, and I’ll be back. Thank you ?
Requested style: Black tips on white nails. Originally had bats, but my nails were too short (by request) so stuck with tips.
Cleanliness: Felt clean, looked clean. Very pretty.
Stylist: I didn’t get my stylists name, but he was a gentleman and a talented artist.

During my recent pedicure, I encountered several issues that left me deeply dissatisfied. From the outset, the experience was less than pleasant. The salon environment felt chaotic and unwelcoming, which did little to put me at ease. However, the most significant problem arose during the actual pedicure process.
The nail technician seemed rushed and inattentive, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of service I was about to receive. Despite my attempts to communicate my preferences clearly, it became evident that my instructions were either misunderstood or disregarded. I specifically asked for my toenails to be trimmed moderately, as I prefer to keep a bit of length for comfort and aesthetics.
To my dismay, the technician proceeded to cut my toenails much shorter than I had requested. This not only caused immediate discomfort but also left my toes looking uneven and unappealing. The overly short cut made my toenails feel vulnerable and sore, adding to my growing frustration. The experience, which was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, turned into a source of stress and disappointment.
The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my preferences were unacceptable. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, leaving me with the impression that the salon prioritized speed over quality and customer satisfaction. As a result, what should have been a soothing and refreshing pedicure ended up being an uncomfortable and regrettable experience.
In conclusion, my pedicure experience was far from satisfactory. The technician’s hurried and inattentive approach, coupled with the overly short toenail trimming, left me feeling displeased and disappointed. This experience has made me hesitant to return to this salon or recommend it to others seeking a quality pedicure.

I have found my new nail tec. Gigi and her husband are amazing at what they do. There shop is very clean and welcoming. The only down side is they don't take appointments. However, they work they butt's off so the wait is very short. I didn't have to correct her work or comment on anything. She asked specifics on how I wanted my nails. Which I appreciated. She paid attention to details. And the quality is amazing. I messed up my pedicure after a couple days (my mistake) . Her husband fixed it and didn't seemed irritated and also didn't charge. They also don't push you to get more expensive service done etc. I am in and out with a great set. No messy job. I will be back !

I came in for a fill, but felt like I left with a fresh set. My 8 yr old came as a good grades/ behavior reward and they rolled the red carpet out for her. Most importantly, they never rushed her to pick a color when she couldn’t make up her mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very clean, very professional. Would pay twice over for her smile when we left.

I was there this morning before opening waiting in the first parking spot for the Open Sign to come on. A worker goes in and I see the door is open already, so I get out to go in and 2 other women pulled in beside me and they literally ran into the store!!! Then another woman from the parking lot comes in and says she was there first before all of us, and cut in front of me and the other lady!! It was extremely rude, extremely immature, extremely rude behavior for women to act like this!! Hope karma works it’s way to those 3 inconsiderate people for laughing at me!! Children have better manners! Please tell your clients/customers it’s first come first served!!!!!!!

Today was my first time coming in,I wanted to try a salon near my house.I was in desperate need of a pedicure so that was my service I was seeking out to receive today! I must say this was the best pedicure I’ve ever received,she put her full potiential into every step.Conversation was sweet and simple.She did her very best to make sure I was comfortable in every way.I believe her name was “Oahn” and I’ll be sure be back!
