my brother went to get gas here, like he usually does, and put $100 on the pump. it wouldnt let any gas out so he assumed it didnt take his money. he went to another pump and did the same, and the same thing happened. he did it again and u guessed it, same thing!! the last pump he went to declined his card, so he put $50. same thing. by now he realized he maxed out his card. he went into the store they said nothing they could do until the manager came back. they said this had been happening but didnt even put up a sign! they did refund him but, next time warn people!!

I am not pleased with the service here today. I waited to fuel up today to get maximum reward points. I went in to pay with cash and the attendant did not know how to take my cash payment and my rewards card at the same time. The attendant said to me that she has never heard of the marathon rewards card and did not know how I could receive my rewards points. I am very disappointed on this kind of customer service especially the way the economy is right now,. This employee should have an understanding of customers wanting to save money by taking advantage of marathon advertising Sunday double points for month of Jan. Marathon clearly does not have a proper hiring and training process to match the advertising and business, therefore I will pass on this info on all social media and I will never spend money again at marathon.

Attendant was very friendly, coffee was good and gas was the same price here as others, that's about all you can ask for.
