Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store, part of a global network but committed to being the helpful place in the community. The store has recently undergone a large expansion and remodel, making it quite large with twice the space and a much bigger selection of products. It is a great place for all kinds of things, from home to garden projects. The whole team is helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Staff provide personal service and are local experts who know their stuff, immediately pointing customers in the right direction and walking them through repairs step-by-step. They are extremely professional and incredibly helpful, ensuring each customer gets the help they need even during the remodel, keeping the store tidy. Many consider it the best Ace store around and a preferred go-to over big box stores.
I was working on some plumbing, and the materials were obsolete. Went to ace, thank you so much. And they took me directly to the section. Converted the obsolete to what we use now. these guys were great.

I’ve always had great experiences at this store but the one that sticks out was when I had an issue with my Milwaukee tool, they took care of it right away. Great customer service that this is where I’ll be buying my Milwaukee stuff in the future.
