Bippus is a great bank. I feel as though my money is safe. However, they need to have lobby hours on Saturdays for those of us who work 3rd shift. They also need to train their employees better.For example: Every time I get a check to deposit that is jointly made out to my wife and myself it is always an argument when trying to deposit into a non-joint account. It hasn't just happened once. This is the third time under the same circumstances. Both wife and I were present with ID's and were told they couldn't deposit because her name isn't on the account (which makes government issues tax checks worthless). It takes a 2 minute transaction and turns it into a 10 minute ordeal. It doesn't need to be like that. Other than those 2 issues which are reflected in the star rating, I'm overall pleased.

I'd give this Bank 10 stars if I could....I've been banking with them for 50 + years...financed my different homes...my farming operation and they helped me buy my first farm and the building of my hog operation...good country Bank...ran by good common sense people.

Bippus State Bank is the best community bank in town! With 5 locations and online banking, it makes it so easy to to my banking from anywhere!! Plus, their customer service is top notch!

......This bank has removed many honest "negative" reviews, many times, and I will continue to "expose" the truth about what this "bank" is trying to "cover-up", and my personal experience with them......I had purchased a home in Huntington a few years ago, and wanted what I thought would be a "decent" bank, but I made a mistake choosing this "bank", as I quickly learned.....With that being said, I closed my account because of two reasons, and the first is the former "manager" of this "bank" was a very nasty, feeble-minded and repulsive woman, who appeared to have child-like "behavioral" issues......The second reason is that this "bank" caters to "business owners", and also "manages" the municipal and county governments money, that is the "tax" money that is taken from property owners, etc.....This "bank" will surely use your personal accounts for their "investment scams", not to mention the "tax revenue" it "manages", and I will honestly say they will "roll the dice" with "public" funded money, personal accounts, or whatever they can get their hands on.

Bippus runs just like a hometown bank should with a personal touch. I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing both personal and business accounts and could not be happier with the service. Customer service is most definitely one BSB’s strong points. Now can we get you to open a branch in Markle? ?

While every experience I've had with this bank has been mostly positive, I've recently thought about switching banks due to Bippus State Bank declining all transactions for crypto currency. I now have to pay almost triple the amount per coin vs when I originally wanted to invest but was barred via my bank. If you are looking for a bank that is open and supports the buying/selling of crypto currency, this is not the bank for you.

I am glad I was introduced to Bippus Bank. They gave me the best rate out of the lenders I've spoken to, especially being an investor from out of state. I worked with Ryan Carroll and he was very easy to work with. He is very helpful and responsive. I look forward to working with him again for my future investments.

......Some of the bank tellers are very nice , and very kind, However I continue to dislike this bank for a few good reasons, one of them is that the former manager was a very ignorant, repulsive woman , who had very little respect for customers, and the next reason is that this bank manages the city and counties money it collects from property "tax payers", which is millions of dollars of "overtaxed" theft from property owners, courtesy of nefarious county employees....I also want to make note of the "investment " scams that this " bank promotes, and carries out, as you know they take the peoples property "tax" money and "gamble" , or 'roll the dice" with your money, at the "stock market",and with that said , I will include your bank account savings, and it does not matter if they win, or lose, it is not there money , it is your money.

I have the honor of having both a personal and professional relationship with Bippus State Bank. From top to bottom, Bippus State Bank is simply one of the best local banks in Northeast Indiana. I have the privilege of personally knowing the majority of the folks that comprise the bank itself both through personal interaction and my real estate business activities. There are not enough words to express the respect and appreciation I have for Bippus State Bank. We are fortunate that Bippus State Bank is woven into the fabric of our community.

I just closed on a property and the staff at Bippus Bank made the loan process fast, easy, and all around amazing. They helped me along at every stage, they we're professional and I will definitely use them again. Thanks Adam F., Haley J. and Jillian E., and any other staff that made this a great experience!!
