Must be because it was Friday the 13th, but I arrived 10 minutes before 9:00 a.m. appointment. Got into a dock right away, and loaded just as quickly. Minimal wait time. Enter off of Highway 24 and to Broadway and ignore no truck signs, do not apply when going to Isolatek.

I checked in 8:30am for pickup appointment 9:00am.
Loading and paperwork were done at 10:00am.
Fast loading and nice people.
I recommend the route for here is taking I-469 and Lafayette Center Rd and US24 and Old US24 and then N Broadway St(lf you coming from East area).
Truck is not allowed to enter N Broadway St from Southern area.

Take 69 to 24 then old 24 to Broadway st cause everyway u go it says no trucks . But nice people and they understood why I was late.

One star for friendly staff, another for overnight parking. There is no toilet. Poor loading organization. 7 a.m. dock, 11:00 a.m. docked, 4 hours at the dock, in 4 hours only I was docked, there was not a single truck. Slowly very slowly; their work destroys drivers' time and money.
