Never had a bad experience at our local sub shop.Parking: The downside to eating at this location is the parking lot was not built for the amount of traffic it receives.

I always order for delivery. They are always NO LONGER than 15 min to bring me my order. The new chicken BBQ ranch sandwich is my NUMBER ONE favorite. I get mini croutons on it and extra BBQ ranch and is SO delicious. I love our Jimmy John'

Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes. About 10 mins in the asked what our order was. We had already paid. As well, we watched a manager screaming at an employee instead of helping bring the wait time down. Was asked AGAIN what our order was being shown the incorrect receipt. I worked here I know it gets hard but I also know how the tickets work. They come out IN ORDER.

Food tastes great. Can't seem to ever get an online order right to save their lives though. They seem to have an issue with extras. You will get a sandwich,but if you order extras they forget them at least 50% of the time.

I always receive top notch service. I went there this evening and placed an online order to pick up on the drive thru. In my haste I forgot to remove mayo. When I got to the window the lovely lady working had no problem adjusting my order. Even with the change they had my sandwich out to me very quickly. Two thumbs up and thank you!

Got home with the salami and mozzarella sandwich, did not have mozz cheese on it which was irritating since I'm sure the fresh mozzarella is what makes it a 10$ sub, when I call and complain they say "yeh we ran out of mozzarella" oh ok thanks for letting me know before I ordered it... Wife's sandwich didn't have the cucumbers she ordered either, not the first time we have had issues there, will not be going back...

Ordered through the app. Ordered an unwich with tuna. Opened it and the lettuce was brown all around the edges and there was hardly any tuna on the sandwich. So I paid almost $7.00 for a brown lettuce sandwich. Luckily for my husband they gave him a sandwich instead of the "unwich" he ordered. The sad part is they weren't busy at all! Wish I had time to return it but can't be late to work. Didn't even get any napkins. Guess I know now why we were the only customers there.

I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's and this review is strictly on customer service. I visited the Huntington location tonight and as I came in there was 3 employees working one sitting on a table on her phone the other wondering around and one young lady making another customers sandwich. I entered the location just before closing time but figured the door was open sign was on and they was serving another customer so I was good. I would have been 100% fine with them telling me sir we are closing and not taking anymore customers,but that was not the case I recieved no greeting, and stood in line for a good 5 plus minutes thinking once the young lady finished with the customer b4 me I would be served. That did not happen even after she finished she did not aknowledge me and just walked away then finally the other cashier decided to get up from what ever social media post she was making to inform me they are closed! I can not imagine this is the type of service this franchise promotes, but rather then argue I left went to subway, and guess what same situation they had customers but were closing however the young cashier who by the way was solo invited me in and served me. I've beem in retail and food for 20 plus years we call that WOW customer service!! I only hope the owner of this the franchise reads this review and can coach their team up on this as they have lost buisness tonight.
