Amazing place fixed up my vehicle several times. Thank God for the manager he was amazing I couldn’t have been blessed for having a better person watching over my vehicle. This place has given me great work at a fair price. Best location definitely come here!

Honestly they don’t even deserve the 1 star.
I took my car in for an oil leak. A week later my engine was still out and it hadn’t been touched in days. At day 8 they called me and said it was done, then called again and said it was still leaking. At that point I demanded they put me in a rental. Not even 48 hours later they called again saying it was done. When I picked it up the inside of my vehicle is caked in mud and oil. I also have no AC in my car now. Throughout the entire process they were extremely rude and awful to work with. Their work is not worth the price they charge, especially since more experienced mechanics could have had it done in less time for less money, and wouldn’t have laid my engine on the ground.

Got in right away! Guys were awesome with getting my car in the day of , almost a week later I had to take it back something wasn’t right, they “fixed” the problem, then they told me the machine that does the balance on tires the calibration was out, I was pulling out of work and heard something in my front end, needless to say I’m taking it somewhere else. Not messing with this place again!

First problem, my steering wheel and shifter were caked in black, enough to turn my hands black and a wet wipe. (Maybe have some respect for clients vehicles!)
Next, when i left my engine light came on so I had to go back. Guys came out with heavy metal music literally blarring, the guy then starts laughing and says I know the problem , he unplugged something to get to my air filter and didnt plug it back in. They didnt apologize or anything. (Sure glad my car didn’t do anything worse as I drove it a few miles before engine light came on!)
No sticker showing a service was done on my window.
OHHHH, and lastly kept saying my brake pads needed changed but not my rotors, said you need to get ur brakes taken care of before more damage is done. I said no thanks, and took my car to another shop, and they called to let me know today that my break pads arent even close to needing replaced! Thankful for honestly and integrity! Thank you much Park Drive Automotive, you have a new client with out a doubt! Monros you truly suck, and I pray no one else gets scammed by you!
