As usual, only one lane open with a checkout person with a line so I either have to wait 20 min to check out or use the self scanner. As I’m leaving, I see 7 employees standing around not doing anything while I have to bag all my own groceries. No customer service anymore

If you are someone who buys the Big 5Gal Bottles of Water, refilling them at stations like this can be very cost saving, literally $2.19 for 5Gallons, not bad......buuuuuuut this is the second time this Refill Station has been out of order....doesn't seem so bad, but I been living in the area for about two months and this seems too frequent already.....I know it isn't the end of the world this station is broken, but then Kroger doesn't sell the Pre-Filled 5 Gallon Bottles either....so then you are out of luck, fumbling your empty bottles as you walk out of the store and head to Wally World (Walmart)....other than this, the rest of the store seems good.

Twice now when placing a pick up order, I have been called and told that it will be ready 2 hours after my scheduled pick up time. I chose the scheduled time I did because that's when I get off work. So instead of grabbing it on the way home, I have to go home, and then back out 2 hours later. Not to mention some of the items were going to be used for dinner. I won't be using pick up service anymore because they can't seem to handle it

Friday evening 9:06 checking out malfunction out reader.Tape refill malfunction.had to move to self checkout with help from young lady checked out my large order. Deserves gold rose for help and patience

Pretty frustrated with the pick-up situation. I chose a pickup time for today and they called a half hour before saying they couldn't fulfill it and I had to pick a time for the next day or they would cancel my order. Do not offer times if you cannot fulfill the order. I am not typically a person who is leaving poor reviews or gets upset but my day tomorrow is busy and now because you couldn't get it together I have to squeeze one more thing in. I would have even been open to a later time today.

As always, the store was neat and orderly. The staff was kind and helpful. Very easy to find what I needed and was in and out quickly thanks to their hard work!

Attempted to claim weekly ad special to save $10 for 2 Kroger garbage bags (120 ct). Found the special posted on the shelf and took 2 boxes. The register didn't ring up special so I asked for help. One went back and took a picture of the post and said I had the wrong UPC on my boxes. I asked to be shown the correct ones to buy and was told they were out. The weekly ad was NOT UPC specific. Too bad, so sad!

The cashier's and help at customer service have always been very helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. Their sale and digital coupon prices are better than anywhere

I visited the store yesterday to pick up a few items for my parents. Right away I noticed an older man without a mask coughing incessantly, opening up the freezer case, looking into the dairy case and coughing like he had pneumonia. No mask. And I ran into it several other people not wearing masks. I finally asked a staff person why they did not enforce their mask policy she said that the staff were afraid of confronting people for fear of getting shot. In short, shop at this place only if you want to get covid virus and or get shot. Good luck.

Just stopped in for cut up fresh pineapple ?. I love that it is just inside the door. And of course while I am there, I pick up a few other 'spur of the moment ' items. Always a nice treat to see Assistant manager Pat Kohne!
