Biting is not always "Age appropriate" behavior. They do not take biting seriously and won't tell you most of the time when your child gets bit. There are habitual biters that are in class rooms, and they will not do anything about it other than say it is age appropriate, when the majority of toddlers never exhibit this behavior. They need to stay in line with their policy that biting is not tolerated, and follow the disciplinary process laid out in their policy that could end up with the child being removed instead of just putting the profit over the other kids safety.

This place is a joke for daycare. Can't cou t how many times my kids have come home hurt. Not to mention the fact that they just close classes with a days notice if your lucky, they have caused so many problems with my job, because they randomly close class. Add in the snotty rude people that work there and you have a horrible place that doesn't communicate with parents.

I genuinely do not reccomend this place AT ALL. I went there as a child and have vivid memories of just how poor it was. Adults let children hit each other with toys, and even allowed them to physically hurt one another. I was injured there (stitches. I'm not the only child to experience this either) and the child who did it never got in trouble for it. I look back from time to time and remember just how much I hated this place.

Pathfinder Kids Kampus is a top notch daycare and preschool facility. The staff are all highly trained, kind, and put the safety and well-being of the children first in every decision that they make. The onsite clinic is an added bonus for working parents with limited time off. I also appreciate the family programming and events offered throughout the year.
