“No, they're not the quickest Pharmacy in town. Nor are they reliable about answering the phone. But it's 2023, and all healthcare staff are over-worked! (We're doing our best!)They're short-staffed, yet they are ALWAYS FRIENDLY here! Resourceful.A crucial medication isn't covered by my insurance, yet the staff are incredibly helpful in making it as affordable as possible for me!!A huge thank you to the pharmacist, SKYLAR! He turned my 6-hour-wait into 25 minutes, after coming in ill and overwhelmed, inquiring about the possibility of having my prescription ready any earlier. I am beyond appreciative of his dutifulness.Regardless of the wait times and lack of staff to answer phone calls, I've tried several pharmacies in town, and none are as helpful and affordable as Kroger's. (Parkview Huntington Hospital's pharmacy is also great, the staff are spectacular, they just didn't always have the medication available when needed.)”
