Had a fraudulent charge on my bank card so had to request a new card. The rep on the phone said I could get one cut at the bank. False. Had one expedited and was quoted 2 days for it to arrive per the bank rep. False again. 3 to 5 days. And this is why no one can trust banks. The 75.00 expediting fee was just for the bank to lie to their customer. Update: was told to call customer service regarding my replacement card. The rep could not find any details on the card. Was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. Can not recommend this bank. After several call, emails no one at the bank or customer service can find my replacement card. This institution is not in any way transparent and all out lies to its customers. A jar in the group is a safer place for your money.

Recently opened checking and savings accounts for our teenagers. Was pleased at the high interest rate on the kids savings account. The staff was great. Everyone was polite, helpful and professional.

The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because of how helpful and friendly everyone in the past there has been. Unfortunately today I was attempting to use the app to access my ATM account and I have a new phone so it did not save my password and I could not remember what it was so I was going to just reset my password. So I went in to this location and was waiting to talk to Molly who knows me but then the drive-thru girl offered to help me and I told her the situation and said I can give her my social security number phone number last transactions absolutely any information that she needs from me I just need to know my account number so I can reset my password on the app. She said unfortunately without ID she can't tell me anything. So I was like okay so I got in my truck called the 1 800 number told them my name phone number address social security number and verify my last transactions and they told me my account number without any ID. So if they could do it over the phone why could this person not do it in person

Employees were knowledgeable and helpful when I had a question but very businesslike and efficient when I was trying to do something. They do try to suggest alternatives to what you are doing if the alternatives have an upside.

This must be the worst branch bank in the United States of America. Tellers are rude and generally useless. Tellers also spend so much time trying to sell other services that a simple trip to the bank takes an unreasonable amount of time. Go someplace else.
