I take my car in to get a tire because my existing one has a second nail and can not be patched. The tire I need wasn't in stock,so what do they do put a good used tire on it for no charge, wow. I did buy a tire from them but they still didn't charge me for today and I'm safe. Thank you Wertenberger

Would be zero stars, very unprofessional gentlemen working there. Spoke on the phone with a gentleman who had me on hold for a tire size I gave him and said he had the tire, so I drive out to the place to have someone speak to me telling me they weren’t the one on the phone who spoke to me about the tire size I was looking for. He then takes some of my information tells me that It might be about 30-45mim wait. Start noticing other people getting help ahead of me and after about 40min he comes up to me to tell me they don’t have the tire size and can’t help me at all. And made a comment that he didn’t even wanna tell me they didn’t have the size the whole time…whatever that’s meant comes off very rude and as if he intended to waste my time right before they close

We brought our rim in this morning to get a new tire mounted. And unfortunately the valve stem came off while going down the road about half a mile after getting the tire put on. I called and they came out got the tire and fixed it. All for nothing. I will NEVER GO anywhere else if I have something wrong with my tires. Their customer service is top notch. And truthfully amazed me. Very grateful. Thank you so much. You mad a bad morning turn into something much better....

The people who work here are crooks. Everything is ridiculously overcharged, and they are well known around the area to take advantage of women and the elderly who may not realize they are being scammed. Would rather go anywhere but here.

I went there to have work performed on my Truck. They said the guy was busy and come back. I asked to make an appointment and said the guy was busy for 2 months. I think they didn't want work on my truck. I was going to have the oil changed and 4 new tires put on after the other work. I had it done elsewhere. They lost out $1500 worth of work.

I've been coming here since I bought my first vehicle 14 years ago. I've bought all my mud tires from them over the years and they do an honest job. Rich is a great guy to work with and the mechanics are very friendly and will show you exactly what is wrong if something needs fixed.
