*I am using my girlfriends account to post this review because I don’t have one.*My name is Tyler hayden from vigo county Indiana* I contacted them looking for rear end parts for. 2007 f350 king ranch. I needed a whole rebuild kit minus axles. They said they could have the parts and rearend rebuilt in 1 day for $3,800 dollars. I was shocked at the good price for that quick of a service so I spent the extra money and had them rebuild it for me. Prior to taking rear end i sand blasted the housing and painted it along with removing the ring and pinion, bearings and axles. Took it up there and immediately should’ve walked away due to the head mechanic being so rude it almost lead to fist fight of how rude he was being. The guy threw a fit when he had seen I had took extensive time taking it all apart and cleaning the entire thing, so it wasn’t a mess for him, Saying it had just made his job 20x harder. So.. PROBABLY TWO MONTHS LATER and a lot of dodged calls and excuses I get my rear end. Pay the other half and head home with new rear end excited to get my COMPANY TRUCK that I really needed for my CONSTRUCTION COMPANY back on the road so I quit having to rent a uhaul truck for work. 50-100 miles later rear end locks up. They wanted to come get my truck towed back to shop I said sure you can tomorrow. That night I checked the backlash and it’s like 10-13 thousand out. The differential was not sitting flush in collars correctly and two or three of 8 bolts were finger tight so it had forced itself cockeyed. They also failed to use a boring tool that is required on Dana 80’s to prevent this problem. They said the reason for taking so long (prior to getting rear end back) was the elocker from auburn gears did not clear for my Dana 80. I had to call the ENGINEER for auburn gears myself to get the full story. Well I noticed when pulling the ring and pinion out they cut a huge slice out of the inside of my housing I’m assuming to make it fit. Anywho after showing video of backlash and days of headache they agree on giving me new parts and $1,600 back in labor. Once again I was satisfied and agreed. Even took my complaint down and told bbb that the matter had been handled and satisfied. Okay now fast forward I think about 4-6 months I get around to taking parts back up there because I had to save up money for a whole new housing due to my threads for my wheel housing being completely trashed (Dana 80 spindle doesn’t unbolt) and figured it would be best to go ahead and take care of that huge chunk missing out of the housing. I call them tell them I’m bringing parts and they can’t find them and give me a run around for probably a week before I get store manager on phone. He claims they have no notes of “i think the regional manager name was either Ryan or Ken” saying he told me they would refund the $1,600. Well I disagree, tell him I would like to speak with Ryan? Ken? and he informs me he is with a different department??? Okay lol what’s that have to do with it. Get online looking at reviews last week and there’s a couple on there talking about this same manager lol. I don’t even want to bring this up because I’m not into pitty parties but the day after I dropped my rearend off my dad was murdered and brother almost killed. They knew all of this and continued anyways, to treat me like dirt and are trying to scam me still to this day. That just goes to tell you a little bit about Trevor,Ryan, the store manager ken. (I might have Ryan and ken mixed up) and 4wheelparts.. I’m writing this complaint to warn anyone else of doing any business with this store. I’m sure I’ll never see my 1,600, besides my truck is about to be lost because I can’t afford to hire tow truck to get it off my old property where I lost my house. It’s been broken into and 800$ live wire tuner married to the king ranch stolen. Multi MILLIONAIRE company screwing me out of $1,600. Probably gonna cost me my 33k dollar truck and had a huge hand in my company going under and house being taken.. Thanks 4wheelparts.

I had a great experience here! I had a few questions about the way my truck sits. Everyone here was very helpful! I didn’t have an appointment or anything. The assistant manager looked at it, and even brought a tech out with a tape. They listened to what I had to say, called BDS and gave me a quote. If I wasn’t leaving town so soon I would have scheduled the appointment without a doubt. Always a great time when I need to go to 4WP

I have used 4WP many times in the past for installs and purchases. I have had great experiences, this time was a little bit different. I had my truck aligned here, which was fine only to be told that my upper control arms were bad on my less than a year old icon suspension system. I was then told I need to get a whole new upper control arm kit from icon that I already have with delta joints. I was very confused to begin with because I already knew I had delta joints on my truck and they were trying to tell me I needed them next time. I found it hard to believe but said Okay no big deal, I know how sales work, I said okay and went on with my day and was going to look into it. I contacted Icon for a warranty which they honored but had to call 4WP many times before this just for the employee to send over the technicians inspections notes so Icon would warranty the delta joints. I felt strange about the whole situation, decided to have a local automotive shop give me a second opinion because I still was in disbelief that my Icon upper control arms were bad in less then 10k miles of use. Turns out on my inspection report from my second opinion shop said there was no play at all and everything was tight and sound. Lost a lotOf trust with 4WP.

Me and my Boyfriend went there for a truck bed cover and after having discussion with the employee for a while about covers he recommended and talked up the Bakflip MX4 (over 1,100 dollars for just the cover). After waiting over an hour after the installation should have been finished we immediately went home and tested how well it was with water. With the water very lightly coming into contact with the cover it leaks everywhere from the corners to the place it folds forming puddles. We came back to the same man that sold it to us and let him know all the problems there was from the leaking and the daylight peaking through the front corners of the bed that should not be there at all, he informed us there was just absolutely nothing they could do to it because it would void the warranty and there was nothing wrong with the cover either so it could not be refunded. He then gave us suggestions for us to do like we were going to do something and void the warranty ourselves. We have contacted Bak and let them know of the situation as well. Overall a very upsetting experience with them and will not be returning and would not recommend for anyone to buy anything from there when it seems like they lie about what they sell.

Great prices. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Originally was just going to replace front shocks on our truck, but the prices were so good, we did the back, too. Highly recommend.

The manager was extremely helpful. The staff on the other hand not as much. Waited three hours for wheels and tires that were supposed to be ready the week before.

I was very impressed with their service. I was from out of state, and needed some help with the driveability of my truck. They were very eager to help. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. It's a great shop!

Good products and accessories for Jeeps and other SUVs. Prices are a bit high considering it’s mostly American cars

Great service and friendly staff. Checked out two other places one a top name and the other a dealership. 4 Wheel Parts came in at a third of the price.

On March 20th, I paid half down for a Tonneau Cover for the bed of my pick-up truck. On April 20th, the cover was installed. Upon checking the cover, prior to leaving the store, to ensure it worked correctly, I found that the cover would not fully open. I spoke to the Sales Mgr and he stated that the installer had an issue with the cover opening but thought he had fixed it. The Mgr informed me that he would contact the manufacturer and obtain a replacement part for the cover. After several phone calls, and "run-around" excuses, I was told that the part was in (May 25th) and I made an appointment to have the part installed. After two hours of waiting during my appointment, I inquired about the delay and was told that the wrong part was delivered. I called several more times over the last three weeks and was once again told that they are "trying to track down the part". This week I called again, after not receiving promised phone calls, and informed the Sales Mgr (Trevor) that I was tired of waiting and that I need to make an appointment to have the cover removed and to get a refund. I explained that two months was long enough for me to wait. Trevor called his boss (Ken Gregory) and called me back saying that a refund was not possible as it’s a manufacture issue. I reminded him that the installer knew there was an issue when he installed it and that I only found the issue when I checked the functionality of the cover. As of today,(June 24th) I still have not heard back on whether the part was received or if a refund is going to be issued. At this point, three months after the initial order, I am frustrated with the lack of communication (I contacted their corporate office two weeks ago and still have had no response from my complaint), and very poor customer service. I have made three purchases from this location, and this is the first time I have been treated so poorly. Once this matter gets resolved (if ever) I will be taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE-I was contacted by 4 Wheel Parts after posting several reviews and was told that the parts necessary to fix the bed cover had been received. I went in today (6/27) and they replaced the necessary parts to correct the issue. The owner Ken, was very apologetic. I will use their services again in the future.

I made an appointment (June 27) and the cover is now working great. I spoke to the owner, Ken, during my visit and he apologized for the situation.

Been several time looking to get fog lights. No one offered to help or even ask what I was looking for.
